@scottnoren8858 I get the MetLife icon to automatically show on the schedule using a Custome Intellicare so a manual entry in Chart ID would be unnecessary work. Also, I reserve the Chart ID for important personally identifying information.

For chart ID we put Met for metlife etc and that shows up on the desktop on Eaglesoft next to their name

if their insurance changes then if you still have preferences with their old member iD can't that mess things up?
@scottnoren8858 if insurance changes, yes, you'd need to update a Member ID. I default to SS# so 80% of the time, this isn't an issue for me.
Can you reuse an employer? We have several inactive.
@reneea3180 I would not recommend reusing an Employer. It's tied to past transactions.
Does the software automatically perform insurance verification?
