The Wild Badger's delay might be all you need to prevent an accident when holding the saw close to your body. At an average of 10 seconds faster than the Stihl on the 12 log, I would choose the WB and adjust my trigger start on the WB to compensate for the delay.

I have the DeWalt 20v saw, and the first generation 60v flexvolt DeWalt chainsaw too, I absolutely love both. They say the new flexvolt has more power, but they did away with the variable speed trigger the first generation had which I really like so I will be keeping my first gen. I also have thier 20v pole saw and it works great too, all 3 are great saws.
