Can you use Roland hi hat pedal and bass trigger with the Multi 12(just saying if you already had them but wanted to buy the Multi 12 instead of the octopad or SPS)? And how much does the snare pad cost?

Where do I connect the bass drum?
And is it possible to turn up the volume on a specific pad?
Or increase bass volume?

I imagine people make extensive use of the muting feature to simulate cymbal clutch.
Does anyone know if there is a way to stop a looping sample by striking the pad that started it. I can only find this option with built patterns. I really need to be able to stop a sample while it's looping. Any ideas?

can I implement a good hihat with the use of a pedal? I want the sample(s) to get splashier as I open the hihat, and then choke off the open sound as the pedal is closed. Can this be done with user samples?

Nice unit, but the percussion samples dynamically pale in comparison to the Wavedrum IMO.
I don't know if Roland triggers would be compatible with the DTX MULTI 12...you might want to get in touch with Yamaha tech support. They should be able to answer that questions. Thanks for watching!
