Hi all you may have seen in previous videos that I go out camping to a lot of great places, some near the beach or close to a river or lake. So i get a lot of comments asking me why I don't do any fishing, well I haven't really learnt how to. So to help me have a lot more fun when camping and to learn a new hobby I have decided to try and learn how to fish. If you have any good advice about fishing please let me know, I am willing to learn. I actually have only fished, well attempted to fish a handful of times in my life.

    Son, you are hilarious 😂.
Fishermen are the most friendliest people that you can encounter on the beach. Ask them for advice, and they will definitely assist you.
There are also several yotube podcasts and books that you can learn from.
Fishing tackle shops sell ready-made fishing traces, eg Kingfisher, fisherman's warehouse, fishing addicts,Town ship hyper ect.
Sardine is the most common bait that you can use.
If you're interested, I normally fish at Virginia Beach Durban North. I can mentor you
    Tight lines

Prawn bait is excellent. Next time use cotton to secure the bait on the hook. Hook snoot needs to be longer than the sinker line. Remove the shell from the prawns and remember your hook and bait size need to match, hook needs to always be exposed. Keep the line as tight as possible in the water. Very importantly, once you catch your fish there is no turning back, you hooked for life. Great content nonetheless... lastly, always try to fish with someone more experienced, in one day you can learn a lot

little tips, i would make the line with the bait on it twice as long as the line with the sinker. you don't want the fish to see the sinker right next to your bait as it can spook them.. also don't wind in, leave the bait out there without winding in until you get a fish. if you're using a lure then you wind the lure in.

Hi thank you for the advice,😄 much appreciated. I will try to make the line a bit longer than the sinker next time.

First time watching your channel only few tips for you. Firstly make your way to Margate peer on weekends and find Micheal and Angie there channel is Hard throw fishing. Angie will teach you what you need to know about bait and traces. Secondly you need Cotton to tie most of your baits so they don't come off. Be safe and God bless 🙏
