I think games have a lot of room to grow & improve. So, yeah, I don’t believe a British character needs to announce how British they are by wearing the flag of their country of origin, and when you remove a key component of a character’s visual representation-his bandana-it becomes a creative challenge to convey who he is in other ways. SNK has been struggling for a seat at the table of RELEVANCE since they went bankrupt over 20 years ago. The people who can’t understand the changes they’re making are the people that can’t help SNK succeed, which is why your opinions would not contribute to the sustainability of SNK
The best about kof is the fact that is snk was mixing everything they hass, they was giving all that they can to make the best game for us, and now im glad to see that they will have something again, probably after 4 or 5 years we will have the best kof.
I don't understand the complaints about style. MotW's time skip was done on purpose to produce new designs for the old characters, who in the meantime have aged and settled down. Even Terry isn't the same without the jacket and the red hat, but that's exactly the charm of Garou!

In CotW Terry, Billy and company are now mature or middle-aged characters. It is perfectly NATURAL that over the years their appearance has changed and they have settled down. This is the charm of Garou. And get ready because Mai Shiranui and the others will be subjected to the same treatment.

Been playing him since the Fatal Fury 2 days until Real Bout - happy with the redesign but kinda missed his higher pitch battle cry and will be great if we have a Bandana alternate design as well 😊
If I had a nickel for every fighting game with a british character that has a long range weapon and uses a fire spinning super attack, I'd have two nickels. Which is not much, but it's weird that it happened two times.
Not that it's not cool seeing Billy. But I'd like it if City of the Wolves had more original characters. Everyone from the original MoTW is fine, but maybe a couple of the unused characters would be my ideal roster. Yes, I know Billy Kane is a Fatal Fury character, but seeing characters that were more heavily ingrained in KOF show up here is a little weird if I'm being honest. If anything Duck King deserves the slot more than other characters, as he's not appeared much in games.
