True. This one definitely feels inferior to the SQT models but it's an interesting option. Really a Free/Charge/ Wave combo design.
@hvacbudget8600 there's gotta be someone that this tool is perfect for. Not for me but it's not too bad for light use. I agree way too pricey!

One good thing about these tools using the flat bits is that hopefully you will soon be able to purchase bit kits at reasonable prices that can fit into Leatherman’s.

Yes i totally agree they need to use materials like Leatherman or better if they want My money! They don't need to be American made but they need to have good materials

Colours might jack up the sales. Some colours enhance and trigger some part of the brain. Hence Maccas, KFC, Dominos & Pizza Hut etc. Great for mod parts. Agreed with Maxlvledc. Cheers mate.

Im gonna go out on the limb and say the the age of silver and black coated tools is over g10 and mircarta in every color maybe some 14c28n blades the future looks promising and im ok with this

Materials and built quality on this are are at the $25 mark IMO.

You know if someone started making after market replacement blades in better steel. I bet that would sell big time. Doesn't even have to be expensive steels. I believe something like 14c28n, 154cm, 9cr18mov would be a serious upgrade. Are the blades a huge difference from these clones? Maybe oversize then file to fit?

I think you actually may have meant the antique book I bought at a flea market of sorts. It is called "useful songs for unpredjudiced singing teachers of the United States." It is from the 1890's for public school teachers. The other book I use as a prop is the leather bound diary.

I guess they have to try a higher price initially, but should drop at some point to unload the inventory. Personally I’d go for the gordon if looking for something like this.
