      I just fixed the flat with the tire they sent. I have had a pretty good experience with them. I have 2 of their scoots.

    Just got the yume x13 it came with broken main front headlamp rear flat tire and dent in the rear fender, nothing to seemingly bad mostly from shipping. Slimed up the rear tire today to take it for test drive, worked well for a bit then all of a sudden i lost all power. I removed the deck plate and noticed a few of the wires are no longer connected... a wire diagram is sorely needed. I contacted yume and they said they sent me two inner tubes to replace the flat and new main headlamp but ive not heard back on the electrical issue. If you have a wire diagram or know where the heck they all plug back into let me know

      I got a flat on the front tire and YUME sent me 2 inner tubes. But I had to cut the motor wires to pull the wire through the wheel so I could change the inner tube.

      @@timdiggitty7064 Thankfully while my electronics are disconnected that and the fact that is it is the rear tire so shorter cord than the fronts, I plan to disconnect the motor cable at the connector in the deck and remove it that way. So long as it doesn't cause any other issue i'd rather replace the rtv silicone on the wire bundle rather than having to cut and rewire the motor.

    That’s crazy how they are sending you so much free shit but I can’t get anything from them. I have been trying since day one and there’s been hardly any communication on there side, I am extremely disappointed with them. They just tell me bring it to some BS repair shop and hope he can fix it. I’m trying to just send the whole scooter back but they are refusing. Richard is zero help for me, literally.

      Yea I had same experience with Richard as well. Very difficult and doesn’t know what he’s talking about. He made me try and do stuff I couldn’t and eventually I sent it to one of their “shops” and they gave me a date of when it would be rdy. Date came up and they gave me a shipping label. I reach out again a week later and they tell me they still haven’t fixed the scooter issue. I was so furious especially after going through months of richards bs and the fact that one can speak English very well. You should try a company called SOLAR @wearenotyourkind
