Very true... Actually, this house selling at $32m from a $45m listing was a good sell. They all are overpriced, most especially ones which famous people have lived in, or the ones which holds some sort of cultural or historical sentiments to certain communities. Lol... For instance, In LA, there are certain houses you buy and then you can't tear it down or even remodel it, because they are deemed "preserved" by the architectural community and therefore protected by law, it's quite laughable, and I didn't make this up I swear 😅. Back to the subject of grossly overpriced houses. *924 Bel Air Rd* was listed at $250M but SOLD for $94M. Florida's crown jewel, *Playa Vista Isle* was listed at $175M but SOLD for a measley $41.5M *67 North Beverly Park's Villa Firenze* was listed at $120M but SOLD for $51M at auction. Mohammad Hadid's "Le Belvedere" Bel Air mansion in *630 Nimes Road* was listed at $85M but SOLD for $56M. Nile Niami's *The One* (the joke of the town, lol) was listed at $500M but - after some serious debt issues and a declaration of bankruptcy - eventually SOLD for $126M at auction.... Even the popular modern villa at *777 Sarbonne RD* listed at $87.7M but SOLD for $45M, also at auction. The Orum House at *11490 Orum Rd* first listed at $68M but got no attention so they quickly dropped it to $56M... a year after, it was $48M and now it's currently at $42M... It's a brand new house, never been lived in, and yet, has been sited on the market since 2018, an architectural masterpiece which no one has been confident enough to pay for and call HOME - and it's probably not gonna sell until the price further drops to the low 30s, or sold out at auction. Its all a basic concept.. you introduce a product to the market and generate enough hype to it and then hope it sticks, if it gets popularly accepted and wanted by many, then you could aswell slap any price you want on it and be sure someone would be willing enough to pay for it... But if you try and it backfires... Oh well, you might just have to break even, or be forced to sell the product at a loss. Only those who've mastered the art of *"working the market"* benefit the most, and even then, nothing is certain... as "the ultra luxury real estate market segment is basically just a coin toss"

*FUN FACT:* Richard Landry, the architect of this mansion, also designed *Sylvester Stallone's $110 Million* Beverly Hills Mansion!
@milanakoroleva @mayalutkova
The two upcoming Landry projects of 50 Beverly Park and 530 S Mapleton are going to be out of this world!!
La mansión soñada por cualquier persona de buen gusto. Felicitaciones al propietario. (desde Colombia)

Well done
The property itself is beautiful, I was a little underwhelmed by the interior.
100% true, I was expecting it to be at least even 10% as elegant as Waddesdon Manor and oh boy I was wrong!
Well if you can afford to buy it, you probably can afford to change it.
kudos to the architect!

The house is great, but too much white in the interior. Needs more wood.

Beautiful outside, but not really inside!😁
This would be the place to see a private showing of Ms. Angelina Jordan's new Jazzy song "Bad Valentine" [ Piano Diaries ] OMG.!!!

Yes. I just could face what was out there.
There's nothing French in your house, the ceilings are too low, it's a mix of baroque styles ... in short, I keep Versailles

From 45M to 32M. Shows that all these homes marketed are way over priced.

IT TAKES ALOT OF MONEY TO LOOK THIS CHEAP.
10 frames a second 🤨
Why would you pay 32 million dollars for a Barbie doll plastic house when you can buy a real French chateau for 10 million euro?
You are beyond ignorant. Do some research on Richard Landry before leaving stupid comments.
Wow I can just imagine what you're like with a real problem. @@brawnbenson552
