I always thought these kinds of things were made with injection molds or something. I didn't realise the silicone was so similar to putty 😲 thank you for showing us!
Things are more precious when you know that a person so lovingly made it and you don't even know them. People forget that the things they throw into a cart at the store was once raw materials that a machine maybe didn't assemble.
I was absoulutely transfixed watching all the steps in the process. It is such a labour intensive process, and so many machines used. Thoroughly enjoyed this. Thank you for sharing your work with us. 😊

So much content in this video from weighing out the colour .. adding really tiny bits, then as others have said - I'd never have realised that small amount would colour that whole piece of silicone. All the equipment used ...how do you buy it 😊. Ring someone up and say I want to squidge then mould silicone? Great video. X

Just a few workers who really know what they’re doing, and very specific purposed machines. Amazing. I can’t imagine how much the machines cost.
You know better, this is the factory sample workshop, the equipment for pressing silicone alone is nearly $80,000
