Great video guys! Paying attention to personal and family needs are definitely important when selecting a site. Sometimes if the park is full you get whatever is left. That campground is very nice and will be better when the trees mature. Train tracks are a big nope for us!
Trees for us to block the wind, Kel checks for the leaners before we take the sight for sure. Fire pit & washrooms. Did you get some moisture? We look drier here. 🥰🥰
We haven't met a campground we didn't like...we are happy squeezed in anywhere! 🏕 Campers are such a friendly lot and usually campground hosts are quick to hint at the best spots😍 we never have to worry about wether a spot is level or not because we own a Taylor Coach that has levelling jacks, we are happy to squeeze in anywhere! I think we prob have lower standards due to budgeting,ha! We like $20/night campgrounds more than KOAs😅🤣😂😛 we paid $80/night in the Grand Tetons!🥴 but we really like the Mom&Pop Campgrounds, off the beaten path...little gems.❤️
Thanks for the tour. As seniors we definitely need to be close to washrooms and if using a tent we still like to have the ability to plug in a heater as weather is so unpredictable. Fire pit a absolute necessity amongst lots of trees. Come to think of it we need that when we are traveling with our motor home also, although we do have solar.
This was great! We try to avoid low tree branches, muddy spots, and even though we love kids, we try to avoid camping next to someone with kids. We just like to sleep late. 😂

Great practical tips!
You guys are so helpful. Cheers
Thank you. I love this video because I learned a lot.
Your new campground is beautiful! Looks like it’s still pretty cold there.

We avoid being near rivers or lakes because of the mosquitoes. We like a level site and to be near the showers and restrooms.

Great tips!! Thanks for sharing.
We like to sleep late, too.
If one camps in RV parks, how can they not be used to trains, right? Lol 🍻
