It would be game changer if they could revise the upper age limit to 35 like SpiceJet has in their cadet program. Even Indigo has 32 age revised from 30 in CPP. They even accept upto 40 age on ATR type rated and 37 for A320 type rated. As a lot of people on the older side have to move abroad permanently bcoz of this upper age restriction. Air India Express anyway was accepting till 40 so 35 year old would be ready by 37 through this program.
They could revise even 60% marks to 51, same as 6E . Whole application process is cumbersome (resume , CV , essay) and top of it cost 1.1cr+ . Will they revise if less candidate apply? I remember air Asia India in 2019 had same eligibility of 60% but I don't know wheather or not they changed ?
Thank you for the insightful video on pilot training pathways, highlighting the pros and cons of the conventional and cadet pilot programs. Your analysis was very helpful in understanding each pathway's implications, especially in light of the new 1500-hour flying experience requirement for airline employment. Could you offer further guidance or resources for those deciding between these pathways, considering the upcoming regulation? Your expertise would greatly aid in navigating these crucial decisions.
Sir/Mam Can you have a video talking about Indigo's different Cadet Programme. Also for the Cadet programme entrance we have to study 10,11,12th Maths and Science. So should i start working on that or prepare for DGCA exams'. Also very informative video Thank you!
Although we've discussed different cadet programmes on this podcast previously. We'll make sure to explain in detail focusing on what you've mentioned. Thank you!!
Hey can you guys pls discuss in the next podcast the exact procedure of applying to the cadet pilot programme as in when and how we apply to airline how much time for the airline exam and all pls thank you!
Student who have done flying in Indian flying school are given less career growth at job (indian & middle eastern airlines) verses thoses who have done their flying from USA are given better preference? How true is this?
We do not believe that to be a truth. Ultimately you have the same license that you get your job on. It's the DGCA license in India. Flying experience in the USA (specially instrument flying) is superior. But regardless, if you have Indian DGCA license, you'll be given equal opportunity.

Do you have any flight simulator experience?
Just focus on studies for now because we don’t know what will happen in future. Hope so you become a pilot❤
