Good video (not just because of the result). I'd be interested to know whether you feel on reflection that the referee made as many mistakes as you felt at the time? Good call about Hinchcliffe, I reckon both Keepers had great games.
My stance hasn’t changed tbf I’m not usually one to change my mind. Thought ref was shocking but then again so were we, whilst I don’t think the set pieces you scored from should’ve of been given in the first place we didn’t defend them anywhere near good enough. There’s no doubt Tranmere deserved it on the day.
A major concern how County have become unable to defend. Cass, Bennett and Bristow are very poor defensively and Touray, blimey he is awful in every position tried. Unless a turn around happens ASAP County will completely throw away the chance if promotion.
I think the fact that 3 of yesterdays starting back 4 were all brought in January probably didn’t help. Cass has has it difficult in the games I’ve seen him. I thought Bennett started confidently winning 3-4 headers early on, was clear to see tho that him playing out from the back from left centre half was a big mistake never looked natural on his right foot there. Bristow is much stronger when he can fly forward, defensively remains to be seen. I really hope we get back on a run, hopefully we do.
@@thefootballrundown the bottom line for me pal is County could have brought in 3 top line players during the window to secure promotion, yet they gambled on cheap loan deals, the gamble has back fired big time so far. I also had my doubts about Bailey, he's done bugger all since he got a permanent deal.
@@Nick_1072 I get what you’re saying and it has been poor really for a bit, we’ve not had any form of consistency since losing to Newport tbf. Injuries have hampered us massive both hopefully we get back going. If we finish the season strong then we’ll still go up as title winners.
I was on that pitch to the right and I was shocked when Tranmere won 4-0
Another absolutely shocking performance, yesterday…..
U still went up

@@thefootballrundown lets hope Collar gets to full match fitness and sparks something, could do with Pye back ASAP.
As a Tranmere fan we could have told you about Bristow's limitations defensively. He makes for exciting football ;)
