+Don't Touch My Silver Poured and cast both deal with molten metal. Poured is when the metal is melted and poured into a mold with the back side completely opened. A cast mold is when the molten metal is injected into an encased mold through a small hole. It looks like it is a cast piece and since Valcambi made it and would think they would know. ;)

I love silver more than gold. So, now that platinum is less then gold. I will buy platinum cause it's like a cool silver looking metal. But this bar is amazing. To bad gold is too expensive to get on it. Silver will always be a better buy, cause it's cheap. But buying small 1/10 eagles here and there it the bomb. I would never panda coins cause China is number one on counterfeiting and it's sad that that is what they are known for. There is a lot of Chinese products they make but I wouldn't buy them.

I prefer fractionals personally. For bartering purposes. Plus if Gold sky rockets it'll be more difficult to sell big denominations.

WTF? Why wear the gloves? Gold doesn't tarnish. The bar is poured, so no need to worry about scratching it.

There are oils and acids in your hands that could lead to copper spots. I always handle my cast bars with gloves
