Hey Nate! Beautiful house! Good video except you only showed the living room in passing. #1) I LOVE THE DEN/FAMILY ROOM! Those windows are beautiful, even if they will be a pain in the butt to clean! I'd use it as the Living Room though, and yes put the TV on the wall where you said. But I'd put a gas fireplace in that bottom part of the wall. Those shelves would have our favorite DVD's in them. #2) Don't know how big the living room was, but I'd close it off with a French door and make it into my Library Office Room with a small sitting area with a small gas fireplace. I'd leave the outside door as an outside door for that side of the house as it's the only one on that side. #3) In the kitchen the microwave would need to be moved as it's too high for me above the stove, and as I can't climb I can't use a stool either. I also would want a gas cook stove if possible. I LOVE THE PANTRY!! Don't need a dishwasher so remove it and put more cabinets or drawers there. That island is nice. Don't know if it would be too big to add wheels to it or not. I think I can get around it even in my wheelchair though, so as I like it, even if wheels can't be put on it, I think I'll keep it! #4) If it will fit I'd put an upright freezer in the space by the outside door in the utility room. We would, of course, build a garage outside that door and build a storage unit in there, and if no room in that space, put a freezer in the storage room. #5) I'd use the small guest bedroom as my Music Studio Room and soundproof it. As it is next to the room I'll be using as my Library, I might just combine them. The other two guest rooms aren't together so husband can't combine them to make his Gym. They may just stay as Guest Bedrooms. Unless I use one as my Hobby room; sewing, quilting, painting, stuff that needs a room you can close off, to keep it from being ruined by your pets, or kids! Husband will just have to build him a barn or big shed or something for his Gym and hobby stuff. #6) I like that shower/tub in the guest bathroom! But there's nowhere to put a handicapped tub in the Master Bathroom, so I may have to put my handicapped tub/shower in place of the shower/tub in the guest bathroom. If I did so, we could keep the shower in the Master Bathroom and just add a door on it (it has a bench seat this time!). I would change the commode area with the linen closet area in the Master Bathroom. That's a big linen closet and the commode area, while long enough, is Not wide enough! So put a smaller linen closet back in the corner where the commode is sitting with a door in front of it. Then make the rest of that space into the commode area! It Does Not need to be closed in as far as we are concerned. {Now the floorplans show a shower where the linen closet is and a tub where the shower was shown to be. But that still leaves the commode area in the same place! And it is way too narrow for me! I'd barely be able to get a walker in there, and couldn't get the wheelchair in there at all, and I would touch the sides when I was sitting on the commode, not comfortable!} Carpets in the Living Room and Bedrooms and the sitting area in the Library only. By the way, LOVE THAT PORCH!! Just need more porches all around the house to the garage. Some enclosed and some just covered. Price is kinda steep and my changes would add to it. Oh well, I'm just dreaming anyway! If you're gonna dream, dream big!! God bless you and your family, Nate! See you next time!
Hello Nate What a amazing home I would make the din a living room because i can put my tv in the bild in i love the kitchen And i would make a fine ng of the living room the rooms are a good size and i love the main bedroom i love the porge the porge is enormus Thank you for showing us this amazing home Nate take care and Stay safe Anja
I really like this home...I would change all the colors want blues, greens and purple 💜 (master room). Flooring light color and cabnets antique white. Sorry my thoughts went to crazy! Lol ❤️ this one. Porch is great.
Very similar to a previous home but IMO a better floorplan. Lot's of potential. The tile in the shower was nice. Assuming the sq ft includes the porch.
Love the large porch. I like the pass through window. It does have a nice kitchen/pantry. This is a big home, great layout. I love the architectural detail in the family room ceiling. They did a great job on the bathrooms... Thanks Nate 👋👋👋
At the end , around 16:23, the text says 329K as shown!! There is a range too, but I don't remember exactly what it was now, I think it starts off at 255K.
I loved a lot about this one but the kitchen itself looked lack luster for me. Maybe it;s just the island throwing me off. I expected a bit more with it. There is no deep tub in the master bath as well as the closet is small.
Thanks!
Thanks for the donation
really like guest bath
I like it 👌.
The porch is definitely a winner!
GORGEOUS & I” LOVE IT SO” BIG😍🥰
I like but I hate vents on floors
Best I've seen ever!!
I would flip the house so that the door that leads into the living room would be the front door and the large porch would be in the back of the house.
That's how it supposed to be. The lot people just set it up to enter that way and didn't put steps on the front door.
@@NanetteR Then why does the floor plan say ‘front door side’ on the side of the house with the door that leads into the tag room?
I agree! That’s a back porch if I ever saw one!
really love this one!!!
Huge!!
Now that is what I'm taking about. Maybe a slightly larger master bedroom. But other than that I'll take it.
Still like this one! Thought it was great the first time I saw it!
Very pretty home. I really like the big porch. Thankyou.
Glad you like it!
I’d need a tub

It’s a HUGE home!!! Would be great to have a home this large once a year, when the family comes up to Montana for a visit.
That porch looks empty without a porch swing.Fantastic floor plan and beautiful kitchen. I have a large family and the pantry is perfect.
Gorgeous and big.
Bedrooms are kinda small but great in the living areas love the pantry
Very nice!
Thanks for the visit
I always like to see a water closet with a door for privacy & a sink in the laundry room.
I enjoy seeing these 2 exact things as well , a window in the water closet is always a nice touch as well as a entry door into the laundry room 🎯
@@veemajor1721 I agree!!!
I watch a LOT of your videos and I never comment but NATE! I LOVE this one!!! ❤
Glad you enjoy it!. Thanks for watching.
huuuuuge!

Perfect house for me! Love the porch! And pantry is out of this world! Love it!
Very nice. Wasn't expecting the kids/guest rooms to be at the porch though. Only change I would want is space in the pantry for a free,er.
I like the design and layout with the big windows. It makes the house look very elegant.
I really like this home...I would change all the colors want blues, greens and purple 💜 (master room). Flooring light color and cabnets antique white. Sorry my thoughts went to crazy! Lol ❤️ this one. Porch is great.
The space is wonderful, especially the added porch!
Love the pantry, kitchen and entertainment room. First bedroom for an office. Love the big porch
Very similar to a previous home but IMO a better floorplan. Lot's of potential. The tile in the shower was nice. Assuming the sq ft includes the porch.
Pinehurst 2506 w/Tag (6410)
2598 Square Feet - 2975 Square Feet w/Porch
4 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom
Great house, however you never showed the actual living room abs extra off from living room. Was that a closet?
Nate, you didn’t do the super nice shower justice, but loved the home.
Ya not sure why I didn't go in to show the bench properly.
This is brilliant where’s the 3rd bathroom
This is a gorgeous place, so big and roomy but out of all of that Mama can't have a bathtub in the master bathroom??? 🤣🤣🤣👍 Great tour! 🙂
Love this layout, but I would change a few things like lighter kitchen and different bench tops
Love the large porch. I like the pass through window. It does have a nice kitchen/pantry. This is a big home, great layout. I love the architectural detail in the family room ceiling. They did a great job on the bathrooms... Thanks Nate 👋👋👋
I would completely enclose that porch and make it an all seasons room
How much is an the price for a place like this?

@@ameobiamicrobiological2366 Thank you. It helps to watch a video up to the ending before asking questions☺️😆!
Love love love this one!!! It just needs a tub in the master and it’s perfect for our family! 😊
I'm wondering about the windows. Are they double hung? And do they insulate for zone 6?
Beautiful home I like it but I think the main bedroom is too small for such a large house

U missed the closest in the formal living room
Home is very nice, but the MBaR has no tub and that is a major draw back for me.
Where is the third bathroom?
How much?
Price is at the end
