- Today we are cutting up some big Southern Yellow Pine to fill a customers order, We seem to be pushing the limits of this sawmill although its claimed to handle much more than we are throwing at it. Is it time to upgrade sawmills?
hi there nice sawing , in all my years only sawed one yellow pine . they always look nice. nice little dog . best to all ,john
That’s all we have around here lol, but I know you have trees we don’t have in these part, or very few and far between. Thanks for watching.
Nice happy productive day. The sun really helps. I liked Mrs Standard Living's t shirt. Best wishes to you and the new family member - soooo cute.
Bonnie says thank you on the t-shirt. 😁 and this puppy is a mess, so much energy lol. Thank you for watching.
Stress in the log will cause it to raise up or move when cut.
@@SwampSawyer it definitely popped up. I had Bonnie stand on it so I could try to get the head passed the edge of the log but she wasn’t quite heavy enough lol.
@@SwampSawyer what parts of GA are you in?
@@StandardLivingHomestead it’s crazy how it will rise up or slide one way or another while milling it.
