I will definitely purchase this book. As much as I disagreed with Reagan, I still find his family fascinating. It will be interesting to hear about Patti's mom and dad, as only she can tell it. This book comes out at the perfect time, when America needs to be reminded of what a real Republican's values were.
This conversation was magic because it was honest. As we've grown older, we begin to see our parents in a different light... Parenting is hard, and as we mature and live more, we have to cut them more slack. I remember her very well she wasn't wrong, but everything was really hush, hushed, and then everyone wanted to appear perfectly fine, but we know that families are "messy." But it doesn't mean you don't still love each other. Think of those exiled from families because of different political beliefs now. This is a very timely book from a very thoughtful person. Her parents loom large on the stage of American politics, and her observations are important. I frankly never thought that'd the Reagan days would be thought of as the "good ole days" compared with DJT and Trumpism. Thank you for a very real cool 😎 conversation. I liked her. 👍

Former president Ronald Reagan was a real born-again Christian ✝️ in my opinion. I rarely agreed close to never, agreed, on policy issues,but I never doubted his faith. At least he didn't fake being of the faith. And former First Lady Nancy Reagan really loved 😍 her husband and supported him. Beautiful! Congratulations on her book, and I hope it does well, Reagan was always a challenge, and that's for sure. 😊

My recollection of her was how hard she worked to embarrass Ronald Reagan when he was president. How odd it seems that Reagan's adopted son Michael was the one most loyal to him, while his biological children were happy to let themselves be used by his political opponents.

Don't mind waiting for the election if I am getting privacy and moving forward or if I can trust that will happen after the election. That is what I thought in 2020 and it was a lot of shrug and waiting for me to run out of money and not much resolution to that. Maybe needed to happen. Not clear.
Very concerned about what role my house purchase and location and lack of understanding of what was going on may have led to or contributed to the housing bubble and econ crisis. Not clear what is related to what but seems bigger than I realized. Vegas was center of that as was AZ.

The Border Patrol's illegal immigrant entry records are being shattered. We are now at over 760,000 migrant encounters since October 1st, making the first quarter of fiscal year 2024 also the highest ever recorded. Thats a population size bigger than Seattle in just three months.
Their "asylum" hearings are set up to 6 years in the future, as they are let into the country to wait. Over 8,000,000 in just the last 3 years.

Not knowing who to aim my frustrations at was a convenient problem for some and not so much for others. It is a lot to really process without therapy and I have so many question sabout how much of that therapy I got was necessary given what seems to be turning out to be true.
I am not really into much of a story and really annoyed at how much a bunch of people are dependent on a story with anna, my brother, and olivia. That won't happen so figure out something else for me is my recommendation.
I will sue Andrew Hancock if that is not his name. Fix the stories accordingly.

My retainer issue in 2014? Yes, that is related to ongoing attempts to make me uglier over the years and reduce my ability to be with people who would compete with those who wanted that to happen. I have a list of other things done with my appearance, most notably the lack of access to makeup and necessary nerve damage surgery, to make me less attractive.
