Interesting. In the eastern US we would add some course stone and then some crush and run. Limestone.

The tree was green, and the soil here although it looks like dirt it isn't, its decomposed granite, the tree in the ground will out live me, if I'm wrong, I spent a few hours a couple gallons of diesel, with no real expense.

That 574 sure is a workhorse. Have you had any issues with it ?

Nothing I didn't cause...however the dealer selection is everything, the good ones don't ask how it broke or what you were doing they just send parts. I have a local shop do all Maintence tomorrow trucks, but I do all tractor maintenance, super easy to work on. I made a video awhile back of the one big miss for tym on the bottom side of the machine they have an exposed hose, however in the comments I explanned how I protected it, so it would not happen anymore. The hose is $20, and the fix is $10. Aside from that it has been worked like a stolen mule and always shows up.
