• Equality Act 2010 amendments: the changes codify EU derived equality rights following Brexit.
• Changes to family-friendly rights: New and extended rights are introduced with redundancy protection, unpaid leave for carers, and neonatal leave and pay.
• TUPE changes: changes to consultation requirements for businesses with fewer than 50 employees or transfers involving less than 10 employees.
• Flexible working: Championed by CIPD changes to flexible working will be coming in including the right to make a request on day 1.
