The Data tab has several columns from a QBO report and several columns with calculations. In your course, do you go over which report(s) to run/customize in QBO and the details of the column calculations that you use to populate your Data tab?
Hey There! We do discuss this topic in great detail in our end to end course: Real Estate Accounting Bootcamp. www.incomedigs.com/reab2 In short, you would place the 1031 funds in an "Other assets" account while you wait to buy the next investment property. On the purchase of that next property, you would credit that other asset account the amt of the 1031 funds.
Hi Ivory...thanks for watching! I do not have a course designated specifically for wholesalers. That being said, we do cover the basics of wholesale transactions in our end to end course: Real Estate Accounting Bootcamp. Wholesale transactions tend to be a bit simpler than a standard long term rental or flip project...but we do cover the basics of an assignment and a double close. We'd love to have you in the course! bit.ly/reabcourse
Great, thanks!

Yes! The course goes over the reports from QBO as well as the calculations!
Do you have a video that talks about Like-Kind Exchange Sec 1031?
