In today’s hair tutorial I am sharing 3 easy hairstyles that are perfect for this sweater weather we’re currently having. The first hairstyle is a voluminous twisted ponytail, the technique is such an easy way to elevate a simple hairstyle. The second is a messy low bun, it’s quick, and I love that it turns out different every single time, in the best way. And finally, a twisted half-up, half down hairstyle that looks very detailed and difficult but is surprisingly simple, and great for everyday.

They are easy, simple, and very classy. I love it. I have curly hair, so I usually do them on my daughter (6 and 8 yrs old). I like the first one, but last one is great for going to school. Tomorrow I will for sure try it ❤

The first style was my fave. Wish i could learn how to do those curls everyone makes look so easy to do.
I’m partial to half-up dos, but I like #1 the best in this video. I’m often short on time and don’t want to fuss w/more than a couple elastics.

when you have dark hair the result is not the same unfortunately
I have dark hair. For me flat, neat updos are the best. And faster, because no one sees a fishtail braid on my hair hehe
But my hair is dark and people see when I do stuff with my hair-
I think it really depends on the lighting of the place you're at. When I was at school, we could easily differentiate french braids from fishtails and normal braids that we girls wore, as an example, and really, any other hairstyle too.
And I'm from Asia so we all have dark hair;)
I've decided to reserve intricate hairstyles such as the beautiful ones Alex does for daytime occasions, and not so intricate ones for evenings:D

The third one is nice. Unfortunately my hair is quite heavy and thick so updos are always really tricky for me as no bobby pins will keep it up. The second style would not last longer than a second! So I like hairstyles that actually work on me, which tend to be styles where most hair can be worn down...

This requires actually a lot of effort. I can't keep my hands further in the back like Alex and definitely not for more than 30 seconds in a row. Even when I French braid I still rest my hands on my head for a second. But you can't do this with a messy updo because if you rest your hand on it you flatten it. Bye bye volume. My buns are big because I have thick and long hair and wrapping coils flat on my scalp it gives my bun stability for 3 days and it looks huge because its bigger than my palm
@@LuisaH2022 I think You need to practice more so You will make even a french braid in seconds 😁❤ ,an You know wat?You are really lucky to have thick hair,You dont need hair extensions,that ..to be honest sometimes a clip from extensions can pull a little strand of hair so hardly,honestly makes You stop in the middle of the street and remove Your extensions 🤣
@@AwesomeHairstyles oh sorry I forgot to add the reason why I can't keep my hands further in the back and for longer time. I have scoliosis and it's just painful. Oh and I have long hair that reaches below my butt and I grow it longer because I can handle it and it becomes easier to handle the more it grows. As for extensions I wouldn't buy them even if I had the thinnest hair in the world: 1. They're expensive, 2. It's not ok to pay people a bunch of money so you can have what society expects from you, 3. Hair is not "just hair". Check out some esoterics 😊
