Im an Android user, i have tried google nexus,samsung, HTC, huawei, and non of them giving me problems while upgrading software. Few days ago i bought an iPhone X, until now im unable to upgrade to iOS 14.5, i have watch so many tutorials,tried all methods, still failed. What's the point of softwares supporting for years while we can't even upgrade.

@@zzprostarzz8441 There's another method. Go to Settings > iPhone Storage and then you will see an update there. Just press it and delete it and go back to software update and update it again.

@@christophercannon577 I've been searching for the solution, maybe it's because the damaged of IC baseband, i recently turn on airplane mode for maybe 2 weeks, onetime i tried to turn off the airplane mode after maybe 2 or 3 weeks and it's worked again properly, but after 3 days it's working on, the signal is not working again, its no service, so I'm on airplane mode again for a week and after that i turn it on again, and it worked again the, the signL, Alhamdulillah, i don't know the problem, but this is maybe you should tried to. I'm not bring my iphone to the service center yet cause the cost is a bit too much for ic baseband services. Maybe you should try what I'm doing, i hope it works. Sorry for my not proper english, i just trying to tell my experience so maybe it can help you or someone that reading it.
