After a while of using different software (Xcode, Docker, Android studio, etc) on m1, tell me is 8 GB of RAM enough for you? Do you feel a lack of RAM? I just want to buy a basic version of MacBook Air, but with 512 GB of ssd and 8 RAM, as a beginner coder, it will be enough for me to study and work with xcode on simple projects. 1. Some Windows(Intel base) Software works on Parallels Tech Preview Release on M1 Mac. Official release should be able to run all windows software. 2. You can run Windows Software only on Parallels Tech Preview Release now. I will update as soon as Parallels releases official version

Friend can you tell me if the notebook gets freezing when starts to using Swap memory ? I buying a 8gb macbook for the same things dev mobile, and very worried about the system starts to freezing after using more then 8gb of ram

If you're going to use it for many years as a professional, 16gb is a better option.
