Rituraj - I empathise with you for the situation you are in. I also understand the plight of investors who have put all their hard earned money in this venture. Your argument in this podcast is well reasonable, stay strong. If you can come out of this situation with flying colours, I'm sure majority of the sensible investors will stay with you. And for investors, it is a lesson to not put all your eggs into one basket. Hope the most vulnerable ones come out of it safely.
Lets cut the guy some slack...he is repeatedly coming on your channel and fighting his case out with SAT. He could have easily absonded if his intention was otherwise.

@Rituraj - you are NOT guilty unless proven but you are not other way round either. I am fearful of the Traffic police and I carry every document required by law to drive my vehicle but it takes only one red light jumped or one miss of the speed limit sign for me to get caught , Were we that extra cautious while driving Growpital? Maybe NO. We could have immediately returned whatever was in excess of 100 cr immediately or set validations on portal. A lot of us have sob story to tell similar to the lady but NOT all of the partners are cursing you. And yes being answerable to 5k investors is difficult and for a lot of us Trusting you and the system is the only option left and you are doing great job fighting it for us and I know You would come out of this clean by next year but the trust is irreparably broken. A 25 pc return of invested capital is Cheating by the system! I would rather not take it and throw it on the face of sebi who seems to be working against safeguarding the investors.

I asked Rituraj the question in google forum, if he need any kind of help from me, he didn't answer that. Again asking here. I am a software developer. If I can be of any use to you, you can approach me. One thing I want to add here : Please don't blame investors for their frustration. You are angry that they are yelling at you. But just think, how hard you hit their lives. Again if you want to take this in negative manner, its up to you. No investor is willing to not help you. Everybody will help if you ask help. Everybody will cooperate if you share info and discuss with them. Everybody will take your side, if you support them. Its not just about money here. But your answers to them are super generic. That makes us feel that you are just trying to save yourself out of this in the first place and rest everything is secondary.
Prashant ji 1. whats your assesement of this interview.. rituraj was more Positive in his body language i think after interim relief. 2. my assement is that after interim relief is given ..sebi didnt oppose interim relief hard enough ..suggest that things are not as Bad legally growpittal 3 people representing growpittal are fighting the case whole hearted inspite of not being paid as said in interview..suggest that they might have seen some merit and positive towards growpittal otherwise who stands with sinking ship.. 4. 100% of capital return looks like possibilty ? looking at rituraj intent to return it ? your thoughts Prashant ji
