It can be done by drilling holes in slab from the top at a suitable interval and pouring concrete into holes and using vibrator at the same time from top or bottom side by keeping some steel pannel open.

For positive BM strengthening. How to place concrete after steel mesh is installed? Top slab is as it is so how can we pour the concrete at bottom of slab?

This is typical job but not impossible. This can be done by pumping concrete from bottom. Complete bottom shuttering is not done,it is done in strips.when this strip is poured,another strip is fixed.
Pouring concrete may be done by drilling holes at suitable interval in old slab and pouring fresh concrete by pumping into formwork.
