Nice review. I’m considering this and the i30 n line 159ps. In your opinion, which is more fun/enjoyable to drive? Does the i30 n line feel much slower? Where I live, the Kona costs around €3k more.
Hey Dan if this 45k€ the new Kona N soon comes how much u think is be cost 50k€? Kona N line max price 40k be better because engine is 1.6 very low and high price I check cupra formentor 45-49k€ with 2.0 310 hp beast suv in the market worth the money for me.
@@SDADanCars I don't know about I 30 N but I drove I 30 n line and it was fabulous. It's intersting to know how much petrol Kona N line wants in 100 km. Hyundai says 6,7 but in real conditions inside the city i think over 10 litres petrol.
Hi Dan best review of the Kona so far. Could you also possibly review the diesel version as well? Test drive, features,, extras, etc. I've not seen any diesel test so far. Tx in advance, :-)
@@SDADanCars Dear Dan tx very much for your efforts in advance :-) May I have 3 more questions? I really like the Kona, and would like to know everithing about it :-) #1: You mentioned that the lock button upper right of the gear shifter toggles between 2WD and AWD mode. Are you sure? Does it not lock the front and rear differentials? (in deep snow e.g.) #2: You mentioned, that the shift pedals behind the steering wheel work only in sports mode. Are they inactive in normal, or eco mode? Maybe I've misunderstood something. #3: As far as I understand the petrol engines have the CVVD technology. Does the diesel engine also have it? Tx for the kind reply in advance, best regards, Andras
Great video, have the same model however mine at only 2000km is at the dealership and they're telling me.the dct transmission needs to be replaced....I experienced rough shifts from 1st to 2nd gear after leaving from a stop. Anyone else having dct trouble at such low mileage? I'm really dissapointed and thinking of asking dealer to reimburse my purchase.

Does the car comes with permanent 4wd or the the button locks the 4wd?
If I remember well permanent 4wd
@@SDADanCars thanks, i guess the consumption will be close to 10 liter./ 100km…not very attractive with the current petrol prices.
Any date on the Tucson phev review? Thank you
John Tomorrow I go to film it and in a few days will be a online 👍🙂
How much consumption did you see that it has in real conditions? I 30 n line is more fun to drive?
