Perfect cheap camera for parties and fun photos to stick on the fridge. Have you checked out small thermal printers?

I have on arriving tomorrow and I already have ideas I want to try with it, every one says it's simple and such, but I like that retro sort of look.
Neat idea but what I don't like about thermal paper is that it fades over time. I might try to find something like this, maybe less kid looking.

if we upload our old photos on sd card and then use that sd card in that printer will it print???? its not even showing in that device
I think you need to name the photos you want to print like the camera names the photos you take

Are these cameras suitable for kids due to the bpa content ?
Hi :-) I am currently considering to buy a similar one for a kid, and I've looked into it a little. There is BPA free thermal paper, but some of the cheaper stuff seems to use chemicals that are similarly bad. There seems to be BPA free thermal paper with blue print color that is more eco friendly, but it's not as widely available. I assume this will be more common in the near future? I suppose the kids should get educated about not putting it into their mouths, not playing with it for hours and wash their hands after using the camera perhaps (though washing your hands can make your skin be more exposed to BPA...).
Back in the "old days" Nintendo had the gameboy camera and printer accessory, I wasn't even aware of the possible risks until recently...

I just ordered a camera like this digital camera for children for my daughter it looks like this but it has bunny ears on it. We are having problems she got it for Christmas and her bday is the morning after Christmas. 12.26.14 shes six and I paid $60. Ordered from amazon my camera isnt this exact camera but we have charged it and changed a roll of paper we took about 15 pictures and still had paper left. For some reason I cant find on google why it's not working. It does turn on then it says " low no prt". We have checked everything not sure why it isnt working after 1 day. Please help it is very similar to this camera. From amazon.
Check battery if you still have it.

Contrary to "Hey Ya" please DO NOT shake your polaroid/fujifilm pictures! Just put that puppy down, if it's polaroid film, and you are out in cold weather out in your jacket pocket or somewhere close to your body so that it stays nice and warm (not talking about full on heat here). Also another tip, if you don't plan on using all your film quickly keep them in the fridge so it stays nice and fresh for when you're ready to use them. Just take it out an hour prior to use.
