I have the same one but in purple! It came brand new and with batteries, I've had it for almost seven years and to this day I haven't had to change the batteries 🔋

i really want to buy it too but I'm kinda scared as everyone's telling me to buy the mini 11. Mini 9 is so much cheaper and I wont feel as guilty or full or regret if the camera breaks or smth.
