Brush them with a cat shedding comb/brush it makes it a little bit quieter.... Not much but a little

What does that round thing do attached to your upper limb?

I guess you’re asking about the limb saver. It absorbs vibration. Therefore cutting down some noise. I have one on the lower limb as well. You can find them at Lancaster Archery Supply. Type limb saver in the search box. Thanks for watching. Hope I answered your question. Take care.
