To clarify for anyone watching this in future. The USB-C cable is only needed for "BYOD" mode where you will be connecting the Rally Bar Mini to your laptops or if you have a separate meeting room computer. The Rally Bar Mini can also be used in "Appliance Mode" which uses the onboard compute, for this you just need the power cable, HDMI out to the TV, and a network connection (preferably ethernet). In this mode the Rally Bar Mini uses Logitech's CollabOS where you can choose from various providers such as Teams, Zoom etc depending on what is available in your region.
@@HelloWah1You don't need to use a TAP IP, but it is recommended. If you don't a TAP IP you can just control the system with the included remote control.
Thanks for this video. Could I use an active USB-C to USB-C cable instead of the USB-C to USB-A cable that is in the box? Many devices - for instance my Microsoft Surface Pro 8 - does not have a USB-A port - so that an adapter would be needed if using the cable that is in the box.

A couplet connector to connect multiple cables OR a longer cable that reaches
