Here plate starts 42. If i take avg plate order 70rs . 1000*70=70k inr per day sale. Monthly =21 lakh. Considering 30% min profit margin then per month owner is earning close to 6.3 lakh inr.And best part is 0% tax

The best thing is he sells veg food only. Nowadays Bengalis don't eat food if it does not have meat.
Bengalis eat more veg and has more variety of veg dishes than people of any other part of India does. You can make about 10 different preparations from a single plantain/banana tree itself.

It's fascinating how they have set up their kitchen in the middle of a foot path and operating from there. Looks very delicious but I doubt the vehicle passing from their roadside kitchen is leaving lots of pollution and it may directly mixed up with the food but if people Don't have any problem with that then its fine.
