I agree giulianasweet. I'm not a music engineer, but what I hear is Jahmene's voice with some echoing added to it, and some voice overs using his own voice as the background sound to his main vocals - Stevie Nicks did that a lot on her recordings, and that is not auto tune either, but you can't duplicate it in a live performance. When I think of "autotune" I think of adding electronic sounds, changing the pitch of notes that might be flat or not so pitch perfect (which he definitely does NOT need), & altogether adding mechanical sounds to either enhance the sound or cover up imperfections. Maybe they music director did too much with it that wasn't needed, and that's why to some people it didn't feel quite real enough like a live performance, but if you listen to anyone's studio recordings, they are always going to sound different than when heard live. Sometimes better, and sometimes not as good as when played live, since the artist can adlib live, change things up and put in instrumental solos.....of course this is just my perspective.

Haven’t listened to Jahmene for awhile now, but I’m forever captivated by his voice. A once in a lifetime voice that never gets old. My wife was singing Titanium and I had to listen again to the Best ever version.

If you don't see this I have to say this as a witness. I suffered domestic abuse by someone in my past. Also two ex-husbands that are out of my life now. Living alone and losing my second home I am free to listen to the music I like with no one here to try to control me. I pray for all those who have suffered domestic violence. God has done a real work in you and your family's life. Hearing about your past I pray you will stay close to God and know many remember abuse years later. To remember God is love is one thing I hand on to today.

Nothing can beat the original acoustic version by him. Jahmene your voice is pure and sweet, emotional and powerful without any of these extra effects & instruments. God blessed you with that, don't let others change you to make it 'sellable.' I never used to like that song but since I heard you sing it acoustic I connect with it deeply, which shows how the purity in your voice can change a song completely. I can feel your pain in this song. This is your song. May God bless you sweetheart

I love this rendition of this song with Jaheme's voice. I was just searching the web for a male rendition of At Last and his audition on the X-Factor came up and I was like WOW!! I am loving his humble demeanor and the word for his voice escapes me. Bless your resilience Jahmene...
