I'm having a hard time understanding the difference between DCIS, and LCIS.

So, basically in DCIS, the central necrosis represents the area where proliferated ductal epithelial cells died, correct?

It's hard hearing my diagnosis of ILC being described as very very very nasty ....what am I suppose to think? That all hope is lost? Your videos are highly informative however lack empathy.

I am sorry to hear that, but they already have great advances in medical treatments in the last couple of years.. the doctor just wants to emphasize the seriousness of the diagnosis as compared to others. This video is really for educational purposes and not really meant for patients. I wish you goodluck on your treatment.
