Great episode!! Both partners in both couples were lovely, which you can't often say on this programme. Very attractive to look at as well. When the buyer Kirsty was smiling at the end, she really transformed and was radiant. The other woman was too. Rich reminded me of a young Ralph Fiennes. Very handsome. Thank you so much for this one. Uplifting.
Im so sorry you have had such a tough few months. Delighted to hear that Rufus is making good progress. Have a good rest together, crikey you all deserve it. Much love to you all xxx
Lived in York for over 6 years, great city. Rented rooms in houses there. 8 years on and there's still no way i could afford to buy in york. Great to visit though 😊
@@beltingtokra Great that you can confirm what she comes across on TV as being: a very sweet (and I might add very pretty) woman. Her husband seems lovely too.
For the 1st couple that liked the 4th property, i think i would picked that as well although that would mean compromising on a 4th bedroom which the 2nd house had. house that had a 4th bedroom. The garden is a huge bonus. For the 2nd couple, while i saw the potential in the house they liked, i would have chosen the 1st property that was move in ready because it will cost more than 10k to update the house they liked.
@michaeltutty1540 that's true but it will require more than 10k. Besides they liked the 1st house so it sure had what they wanted minus the money and stress for a total reno.
@@valynteena I believe that the location of the house they bought was more desirable which would be important in the long run vs 10K. The other was priced at 210K but no guarantee that they would get it 200K if other buyers got interested. Regardless, great buys were both buyers. Have a good day!
@idharudhar5985 both homes were in desirable locations from what I watched and comments they made. There is no guarantee that they will get it for 200k but still 210k for a turn-key house with a beautiful garden and everything one needs to me is more preferable than a 190k house that needs a lot of updating. If they got that house for cheaper than 190k, then it would be a better deal.
Cheaper is one word and less expensive is two words. Where housing is concerned it depends on the location, same county but different streets could be priced differently. A grand house on a less desirable street will be cheaper ( cost less not poor quality) compared to your average house on a desirable street.
@@karent-s7639 Yes, I do. Think about how you can get a brand name item for cheaper as some stores have great flash sales /discounts/coupons etc. The product is same just cheaper 🙂

@andreaandrea6716 where in the US? I'm in Washington state.

I've been house-hunting for over a year! This has reignited my search - thank you.
The young pregnant couple is so sweet!
😊both couples were sweet. I’m happy for both of them.
Thanks for sharing, I've enjoyed this a lot, as usual!

May require £10,000 to update but that could net considerably more in added value with the benefit of having exactly what they want.

I think it’s rude to not even go in and view a property.
Just go and pretend and say "whooow😅😅

This sounds so good and I would like to be a party to it, is there any way I can speak with her?

With a Trump win in the USA. I need Phil & Kirstie to calm me down & maybe I should move out of the USA. p.s TOM is HOT !!!
I hate how they use the word “cheaper”, instead of less expensive. Cheaper to me means poor quality. 🤔

Do you live in the States? When I first moved here I thought it funny how the word "cheap" had a different connotation than in the UK.

Isn't she the same Mrs Madeleine Howells that my colleagues are talking about, she has to be a perfect expect for people to talk about her so well.
She's an incredible excellent investment advisor. I was privileged to attend some of her seminars, that's how I started my crypto investment.
