This is when Game Of Thrones and House Of The Dragon are at their best and most addictive for me, not from movie quality fight scenes, but from plans being made, from alliances being forged or broken, from the pieces being moved on the game board.
People complain because in a era of social media addicts, most people are uncapable of paying attention for more than 2 minutes, hence why they need blood, explosion and fights to fill their brains with dopamine , they need marvel movies action like an 12 years old kids
@@emanuel81111 It doesn't have to be dragons and blood. But what we don't want is a plot that moves slow and seeing our favorite characters doing nothing all season. This season has been 70% of them sitting at counsel tables and Daemon tripping on acid
Aegon wants to do the right thing, with the right handler, he would be a good king. Aemond...he's pretty much a young Daemond. He's gonna do what he wants.
Daemon in harenhall is a way to let other develop other characters. Jacaerys creating plan with frey to bring stark army south and now finding potential dragon riders with Tagaeryan lineage.
*Can you explain why Daemon is having hallucinations/visions, why he's not addressing it, and not asking the Rivers woman about her involvement in his visions*
What happened to the “fire cannot kill the dragon “ Targaryen thing? We saw Daenerys walk into fire and not even get burned or even lose any hair So Aegon is not a true dragon by that standard?
only Daenerys is fireprof: blood magic was the excuse in the show but in the books she actually took some damage from the fire, her hair burnt and she got some scars
Yeah the Haunting of House Harrenhal storyline is getting a bit tiring. Also I missed this, but is Sunfyre dead? Because he has an important part in the story later on.
Yes, remember Cole had them cart around Sunfyre's head, and the common folk saying it's a bad omen. I guess they're changing it because everyone who saw GOT already knows what is going to happen.
Of course lol it was just talking and half of the talking were not poetic or incredible scenes, the daemon arc is repetitive and he feels more distant from what's happening around that we as viewers could take interest in, the aemond ascending to rule did feature his lust for it, I think in the books he sits on thrown and Cristian watching aemond say it fits better on me than aegon or something. It all felt more grounded than grand maybe that's because they intended it to be that way. Cristian seem to have lost his soul lol, he just doesn't not wanna talk. Aemond back stabbing felt more cold than corrupt even with the hits.
@@Humanstickobserver he is not wrong to think it felt slow for HIS LIKING, though it did continue on with the story, parts of it did feel slow and as he said in the video daemon part was repetitive which is true, also this show doesn't have very very intresting side quests to pursue as game of thrones did, even sow runners keep cutting portions from the book, and besides that what were added in this episode felt more grounded than a bit grand like aemond ascending to throne, we could have easily got him sitting on it saying what he says in the book, and death feeling more personal, even aegon tragic state brought more confusing to alicent than grief knowing that she was the final one who struck the nail in the coffin, which made aegon fly to battle. So, though it was a good episode it seems to have felt short of exploring what goes in the mind of the characters as much as it could have been. Making it seems a bit slow.
sorry mates It is getting pretty boring episode 5 was a bust and there doesnt seem to be any hope for the next episodes the pacing is slow we have seen damon in harrenall for too long now we have seen raenyra in dragonstone for too long now we have seen alicent in the kings landing for too long now the main focus seem to be on the FEMALE cast WOKE ANYONE?
The queens s*ck. They complain that their counsels don't listen to them because they're women, but unlike men, they refuse to take action and just lead, blaming their lack of power on their councils. I really wish they'd have stuck with the original actresses. Their characters seemed much bolder and assertive in the beginning of season 1. Once the new actresses took over (and I don't blame the actresses), they lost their backbone. Seems like Rhaenys would have been the best heir for Vanerys not Daemon or Rhaenrys. She would have been the best leader.
Aemond or Aegon? Who does less damage to the people of Kings Landing? Let me know your thoughts in the comments!
Aegon could actually be a lesser bad king if not of conflict with Rhaenyra
aegon was listening to alicent & otto

People were complaining bc it wasn’t action heavy but I enjoy the strategy playing out,
This episode was trash

I find it funny how,Alicent doesnt seem to see that her children being this way is partly her fault
partly ?
Can't wait for episode 6 next week this show gets better and better every week 💯
It really does!
Cole said "I saw some shit, your grace."
Aemond have more remose with Lukes death rather than Agon
He’s probably numb the prospect of murder now after having already done it to Luke so it’s like nothing to him 🗿
Fact : Ameond is currently running the show.
Definitely!

Alicent is coming unwraveled...I know the book goes. I wonder if the show might do something different.
The most interesting person died last episode
thanks for the video

Targaryens were never IMMUNE to fire. Only a little resistant. What happened with Daenerys was truly a miracle that she didn't burn to death
Oh aemond is sooooooo cool your soooooo cool EVERYONE IS COOL 🎂😔
do you recommend watching the show? It seems interesting..
is your real name patrick o'scollan by any chance?

It’s not woke, and I’m the first person to notice that sort of crap. It’s following the book by George RR Martin.
