His Holiness is giving three days of teachings on "The Heart Sutra" and "37 Practices of a Bhodhisattva" at the request of a group from Southeast Asia. I am from Canada 🇨🇦 stores would be closed on Sunday and in that Day and Age Religious or not?, I really think we all benefited from it even though at the time they stopped the Sunday closures, Now I really feel we should consider reversing back, it was just so great for Families 👪 Mom's and Dads could have at least one day off together as a family with there Kids, it probably keeps Marriages together ❤ without Loud Arguments that only upsets the Children and possibly give them emotional problems!, seems to me everyone wants to Have there Cake ,And Eat it Too.! My Life was very good! With a Mom and Dad who didn't have a Lot , I found myself in Buddhism, but just love ❤ the fact Mom and Dad took the whole Family to Sunday school and Church every Week, I would probably had died very young if they hadn't!! So now with all my lessons on Christ, I just love to here whatever people have to say, even though I really get upset with people who say things like John Lennon 🙃 is in Hell Hateful words are not Christ like 💔 I can't talk because I fight hateful words with hateful word's back!, but this is just such a Great 👍 Country sometimes a good Democracy can keep everyone Calm! Like a great Fire Fighter 🔥 in the Forest figures out the Winds, and purposely starts another Fire 🔥 so , in the end the ragging fire's collide and the fire's then are snuffed out!, so you can fight fire 🔥with fire's to bring calmness, just as it's only Nature to Debate fighting like Fire 🔥 against Fire to bring calmness, Like they say theirs always calmness after the Storm

Yes. An excess or focus of material things does make me (other people) distracted from what's important. I have a abundant, more happy rich life in the past two years and its been from more simple living. I know massage and Shiatsu, meditation has helped; oh and people!

usually the people in order to achieve a happy life , we make imoprtance of material value, so it looks as tho happiness comes from material values, of course material values are useful we need that, but material values alone will not create inner peace.... I think you also have some experience of more successful life more money, maybe greed increassing, with that jeously also increasing along with suspicion ; material value alone sometime creates more anxiety, stress, worry.
