Can these Milflores grow in part sun in the Visayas Region (Iloilo City). We had canopies of trees at the backyard where its shady in the afternoon. Where can one buy this...? Thanks
Hello! I think its the mophead hydrangea that are ok. Mine is growing well but is not flowering. In my lolo'a place in Leyte (lowland) mopheads were able to flower as well as the limelight.

Yes they will definitely branch out once you deadhead the flower. Most of the hydrangeas i bought also are like that. Now they are branching out. Go for it! 😀
Aling part yung nag wilt at nagbrown? Sa akin di na ulit ngbloom din for now, pero maganda leaves nya very healthy. Water them a lot. Pag summer umaga at tanghali. Kasi matakaw sila sa tubig.
We live in tropical Philippines! My hydrangeas get morning sun only, they can't tolerate mid day sun. They go dormant in the sense that they don't flower around winter time. But some garden centers force them to flower all season long, i guess they feed them fertilizers.

Would you know the variety of hydrangea that grows and blooms well in the lowlands? The ones frm Baguio and Tagaytay don't grow well in the lowlands.

Yes! They like morning sun (up to 10am maybe) then afternoon shade. Don't put them in an area where they are exposed to the sun from 10am-3pm.

After po ninyong naitanim sa mini pot, ilang araw po bago ito nagka ugat? Salamat po.
Siguro mga 2weeks din bago makadami yung ugat. Better to leave it siguro by 1month para established na talaga.

What area are you living in? Does it get very cold? Do your hydrangeas go dormant in winter? I love hydrangeas but they are so hard to find in Hawaii.

@@gianajoevic right now my lone hydrangea has dropped most of its leaves. Hoping it will grow well in a month or so.
In most video from the US they do lose all their leaves during winter and grow them again in spring.

Last year po mga 250-350 ang benta ng maliit na halaman na may isang bulaklak. Not sure this year how much. San po kayo?
