A Wife of Noble Character
10 Who can find a virtuous and capable wife?
She is more precious than rubies.
11 Her husband can trust her,
and she will greatly enrich his life.
12 She brings him good, not harm,
all the days of her life.
13 She finds wool and flax
and busily spins it.
14 She is like a merchant’s ship,
bringing her food from afar.
15 She gets up before dawn to prepare breakfast for her household
and plan the day’s work for her servant girls.
16 She goes to inspect a field and buys it;
with her earnings she plants a vineyard.
17 She is energetic and strong,
a hard worker.
18 She makes sure her dealings are profitable;
her lamp burns late into the night.
19 Her hands are busy spinning thread,
her fingers twisting fiber.
20 She extends a helping hand to the poor
and opens her arms to the needy.
21 She has no fear of winter for her household,
for everyone has warm clothes.
22 She makes her own bedspreads.
She dresses in fine linen and purple gowns.
23 Her husband is well known at the city gates,
where he sits with the other civic leaders.
24 She makes belted linen garments
and sashes to sell to the merchants.
25 She is clothed with strength and dignity,
and she laughs without fear of the future.
26 When she speaks, her words are wise,
and she gives instructions with kindness.
27 She carefully watches everything in her household
and suffers nothing from laziness.
28 Her children stand and bless her.
Her husband praises her:
29 “There are many virtuous and capable women in the world,
but you surpass them all!”
30 Charm is deceptive, and beauty does not last;
but a woman who fears the Lord will be greatly praised.
31 Reward her for all she has done.
Let her deeds publicly declare her praise.

I love how that in the background there is life and not a void like most talkative videos have.
I try to keep it calm so it’s not too distracting… but there’s a lot of people in this house as well. 😂
I really loved this video. It’s so positive to focus on what we CAN do. I think it is more inviting to someone who is struggling. The world is overwhelming for someone who feels lost. Seeing simple daily things they can do in their day is so encouraging.
I tried to run my home this way and those were the best years of my life. My home is empty now except for my husband and I. Our daughter died in 2016. Our son and his family moved away a few years ago. I struggle with not having that daily busyness that I loved so much. My home is still a place of comfort and my job is still to run it in a Godly way. I pray the Lord shows me the work I can focus on in this season of my life. Your channel is a blessing to many. I enjoy watching and appreciate you.❤

I'd like to see a section about the proverbs husband who loves and respects his wife as both a person and as a partner
I really struggle with laziness. When I’m not at work I sit on my phone way too much and I find such a hard time getting motivated.
It can definitely be difficult- but an important area to take to the Lord and work through. Self discipline is a virtue so many of us are lacking today. 🙏🏼🥰

Wow what an eye opener. 😳🙌 I have never heard it said that way but I’m so grateful to have heard that today! So often women talk about not being able to hold up to the proverbs 31 woman because “they don’t have servants” ect. So thank you greatly for this! I always knew that reaching to be as the proverbs woman was doable and this has opened my eyes to a new perspective of actually reaching that ❤
I needed this today. I have a special needs daughter and I let her eat mostly what she wants. She is not overweight but I need to be more mindful so that she can make better choices for herself , especially as she gets older.❤
This has been the best " now time" version of what the Proverbs 31 woman looks like....so very helpful😁

My husband was very critical of my outward appearance, that i didn't look beautiful on the outside (even though i tried). I tried to defend myself and said that what is on the inside is more important and that i allm beautiful on the inside but he said that is not true and the outward matters as much. He also questioned whether i ak beautiful on the inside.

I love listening to you talk about various topics and how you go to scripture and explain practically how to live out wisdom from the Word of God. Thank you for this. We've had to move out to a remote place for 2 years for my husband's work project and my church family is 8 hours away. We now live in a very small town with not much around us no biblical churches either and I recently discovered your channel, and your videos are like having "fellowship" with a dear sister in Christ.

Genuine question, are you a "proverbs 31 woman" because you do things similar to her? Or because someone has quietly observed your conduct and made the connection? There's a big difference.
I believe they should work together, in connection, when the focus is always the root. 🙏🏻
