I feel that the upstairs area got away from the designer a little bit - especially the game room/media room area (no powder room there?). also - just 3 bedrooms for a house this size? Also, there is no mud room where you enter the house from the garage? (I see that the garage doors are not installed, but that's where the garage is. I like the butler's pantry, and I very much like the 2nd staircase.
