'Put Yourself in My Place' and 'Confide in Me' are Kylie Minogue's two finest songs in my opinion. This song is underrated and far better than her bigger hit singles.
Absolutely agree, they are my favourites too. This is an absolutely beautiful song and video (inspired by Barbarella no doubt) and has that dreamy, calming effect on the viewer/listener. Such beautiful vocals, and a tastefully sexy and gorgeous Kylie. Confide in me is the very best because of it's subject matter, haunting music, Kylies sweet vocals and the amazing video which really is superb and creative.

I don`t know why her best albums are the ones that is so underrated by the public. I really love this album "Kylie Minogue" from 1994 and the "Impossible Princess" album from 1997 as I think that those albums are her best albums. I have heard all her albums, but it is always those two albums that I come back to. I know that some music can be underrated if the sound of the music is not that mainstream or commercial appealing to radio stations. But I find myself listening to more of her songs from this period than the music from her albums in the 2000´s and 2010´s. :)
These albums had a few great song yes (confide in me is STILL my favourite Kyle song)... but it was the "Light Years" album that in my opinion re-launched her career and gave her the princess of pop title that she still holds today....
