Oh that's a good clinical demo. Students !! You are lucky to have such a nice, intelligent demonstrator along with video to recall. We were not so lucky in 90es.
Actually for this kind of classes or demo permission is taken from the patient or his guardian.so it's k infact thankfull to the patient for the kind support to all the mankind
Thanks Doctor . I have lost my father because doctors miss to spot patterns. This video shows patient with terminal stage liver disease but it happens in series of symptoms. 1:- Initially there will be swelling in feet edima. 2:- There may be black dots after that thrombosis. 3:- Then there will be shoulder pain right one back side. 4:- Confusion and forgetting is also very prominent. 5:- Vometting and digestion issue. 6:- there could be bleeding from urine or stool or mouth. 7:- Ascitis in peritonium. 8:- Fluctuating or irregular heartbeats 9:- Retention of blood in lungs or brain. 10:- development cancer tissues in liver. 11:- Complete liver decomposition . 12:- And finally death. People often fear of cancer but this is worst than that. Liver cirrhosis is the most evil disease which comes from Alcohol or sedentary life style or infection . My father got infected with hepatitis.
Thank you so much sir for giving clinical knowledge as a fmge student we lack this pls share more vedios like this it will help us to become good clinicians ❤
This explanation was very good while i lost my father due to liver chirrocis i know the basic layman name of symptoms, the cause of my father demise was due hepatic encephalitis post TIPPS surgery, but want to tell veryone that once hepatic encephalitis kicks in it very very difficult for the patient to survive and it kicks in fast😊
Very informative video sir. Hats off. I have been a regular drinker for the past 12 yrs. When I did my USG abdomen I was detected with fatty liver gr1 and mild splenomegaly. In my blood profile I have CBC impression of platelets below 1lac for past 2 yrs. Rest all are normal. My LFT is normal and my RFT is also normal. Pls share your valuable advice on this.

Im not alcoholic but i eat meat most of the time 😅 because of that i have fatty liver stage 2. Now im cutting down some on my diet but is it very dangerous on my case!! By the way im eating Liv52 Ds. Is it ok!!
I have tattoos and all the needles used on me were opened from a new seal packed in front of my in 2015 . And i haven't died yet, does it means i dont have any liver virus or do i have it?
Sir but how do we diagnose a patient with history of heart condition? Because of these problems : 1) They are generally hypertensive taking ACE Imhabitors or BETA blockers to lower BP, hence hypertension symptom won't help 2) Heart patients generally take blood thinners which reduce blood clotting so easy bruising is also ruled out 3) If the patient is old, sparse hair will not help much except people who aren't old So basically a liver function test of CBC should help
Sir is step me patient bach sakta hai ya nhi please reply do agar is condition me ap patient handel kar sakte ho to please muje reply dena meri mummy same condition pr hai i am from Maharashtra me pareshan ho chuka hu paisa lakho gaya lekin farak Zero hai please helm me...😭
U are providing really valuable information and experience but what are u hiding his face is can be seen and clinical findings are hidden that should be revealed 😢
To confirm diagnosis, as many clinical signs are overlapping so by General and local examination it is narrowed down to a diagnosis which is confirmed by lab tests and imaging after that specific treatment is given.
A detailed explanation about the finding, excellent presentation 👌

Sir wearing gloves is highly recommended while examining a patient.

For information only... wearing glooves here is not necessary as its a non contagious examination and thus personal barriers are not required.
