Steps
1. Cut all timber lengths to size at Builders.
2. Glue & Clamp 2 legs together as shown and allow to cure overnight. Repeat for all 4 legs
3. Layout your pieces and drill pilot holes as per the diagram.
4. Screw together as shown ensuring application of wood glue between mating surfaces.
5. Fill the holes with wood filler and allow to dry.
6. Sand the timber with a 100 grit paper to remove any sharp edges and splinters.
7. Seal the timber with Wood Sealer. I used Woodoc 50 exterior sealer.
8. That’s it. Enjoy. - Навчання та стиль
Love that there is not a planer, jointer, jig saw, back sander, router, or any jigs or fixtures needed, excluding the dowels that make sense. Nicely done. I was overwhelmed with the complexity of other builds and plan to give your design a go.
Good design but I missed the length of the legs. How long are the legs? Thanks
Hi Diego. The full cutting lengths appear on the screen just after 10 seconds. The leg size was 660 mm long. :) NM
How much was the ply
Can you sent all the measurements
I have to say that “Bαzοmο Tdy Plαn” (Google it) is an excellent woodworking book. Both beginner and some experienced wood worker can gain a lot of general info from this reading material. Astonishingly, this book has been my partner whenever I want to look up woods at areas and other topics such as restoring as well as salvaging spots. .
I love the design but seems waaay too small. You also didn’t give it justice by having a kid sit in the chair lol
