Hey Jeff! We started the TMB this year the day after you. A group of friends and I (from the UK) hiked it in 11 stages, camping the whole way. We had an absolutely life-changing time. Your TMB fastpack & UTMB race videos from last year were the things that cemented the idea of doing it in my brain so we owe a lot of thanks to you! I hope to fastpack it one day too... fingers crossed.
Hey Jeff, just gotta say I learn so much from your videos. I really enjoy you sharing your experiences from all over the world. You make the viewer feel like they are right there. Keep up the great work.
Fantastic coverage and music! As I mentioned before, we (my family) did the TMB Vagabond trail running tour on 7/3! This brings back great memories since we couldn’t video very much of the course. Tomas is a good dude and a great mountain guide!
Hi Jeff, Audree, beautiful coverage as always! If you're ever doing the TMB again, I can really recommend the variant from Refugio Bertone to Tete de la Tronche. It may be slightly less suitable for trail running at certain stages, but the ridge towards the Tete (very runnable) provides even better views than the main TMB-route. You could even skip the Tete entre deux Sauts and just descend to Refuge Bonatti...it was one of the better days of our last year's adventure!
Discovering Jeff’s channel has been one of the luckiest moments of my life. It’s helped me to have something to aim for and wake up everyday at 5 am to run and going to the mountains on the weekends to enjoy what the outdoors have to offer. I live in Mexico which is a beautiful country but definitely the Alps are off the scale. Hope I can be there soon to soak up these beautiful landscapes.🏃🏽🏔️🌤️
Great video! Brought back memories of my Vagabond Trails TMB tour a couple weeks prior! I'm jealous though, you all got to see and chat with Courtney...that was so cool!
Looks like another fantastic trip with a super fun group of people! I think you really hit the sweet spot with 6 days and eliminating the Chamonix to Les Houches stage, this is what I would do next time. Happy trails.
Hey Jeff! I'm from just across the water from you in Victoria. The TMB had been on my bucket list for some time before I finally ran it six years ago. An experience too incredible for words, it was probably the highlight of my 55-year running career. Thank you so much for making this video. It brought back many great memories!
Jeff, I have been thoroughly enjoying your videos. They are visually stunning and audibly relaxing, and your storytelling is professional and informative. I love how you let the natural sceneries and runners speak for themselves with a light sprinkling of your own commentary. Keep up the exceptional work! A fan from across the inlet in Burnaby - James
It says something special when, after multiple days of effort, there are so many smiles! It takes a good guide to keep people in high spirits through hard effort. Great job, Audrée and Jeff. Great vid, again!
Another great video! Thanks Jeff. Found myself smiling all the way through: the scenery was so spectacular, often further enhanced by your choice of soundtrack; and everyone was clearly enjoying themselves. Very uplifting. 😀😀😀
Thanks for the fantastic vid and I was hoping that you will share this experience. I thought of signing up for this Vagabond tour but wasn't sure if my fitness level is up to it (I ended up doing the Lauvageur Ultra in Iceland). After watching the video, I am more confident that while multi-day running is outside of my zone, it is certainly doable. I am on the email list and will be interested if you and Audree lead another tour next summer.
As always, great job on this short film. Lovely photography and awesome cameo by Courtney. Just got back from Iceland (didn’t do any epic hiking myself - hip injury), your gonna love it there.
I'm almost certain you will be picked up by a TV or Streaming Service to present a docuseries in the future. You really do spoil us with the level and quality of content. Thank you! Is UTMB on the radar again for the future? Or is it a done it once, no need to do it again?
I would like to go back to UTMB one day as I’m sure I could run it faster. But I’ve got some other priorities in mind for the coming couple of seasons. Thanks!
I didn't procrastinate about watching Jeff's videos. I purposefully waited until I was back home with a large screen instead of an iPad, to fully enjoy their high quality.
As usual, another great video! Thanks for sharing. I hope that one day you will come in Greece to run a mountain running race, you will also pass through Sifnos island . There are beautiful paths :)
Great video, as usual. Jeff, are you not on the Salomon team? Too bad you had to miss the summer camp with your athlete friends, but it's great to have you share this video with us instead.
Wow Jeff, again, what a beautiful video you made! Makes me want to do the entire loop around Mont Blanc... the part from Champex-Lac even gets me a bit emotional at the moment considering I will run it in less than two weeks. Thanks!!!
How did you manage different paces within the group? Did you always stay together or split up into smaller groups sometimes? I always love watching your videos! They are so well-made, positive, motivating and inspiring! Thank you!
Great video. I am looking to do the hike in 2024 with Vagabond. Can you tell me where I could get the raised relief map that is displayed toward the start of the video
As always such a well done adventure video ❗️❗️❗️Jeff have you ever ran in the Salomon Thundercross❓❓❓If so, what were your thoughts and impressions of the shoe…thanks again for bringing me virtually with you.
Beautiful nature, gorgeous video ...looking like it's great to be alive and moving ...makes me want to take my fat a** outside and go check the trails around my house ! 🌞🌞🌞
Hey Jeff off topic but if you had a €500 budget which Watch would you get? Stuck between Suunto and Garmin right now but I’m open to any suggestions around that budget. Thank you :)
Carbs, electrolytes, and caffeine! Just tends to be what we crave when running on a hot day, and is super common at aid stations during races as a result.
Loved the video! I did some parts of the TMB a few years ago (hiking) and hope to one day fast-track it - possibly with Vagabond! However… I noticed in the video that the cows seem flustered/scared by the people running. On all my hikes in the Alps (a lot more than the TMB course), I have never seen cows starting to run when I approached them. They are very much used to walkers, but they must consider running humans as “stressed humans”, which makes them stressed as well. This video by the Farmer’s and Alpine Association of Austria shows the Cow-etiquette: m.ua-cam.com/video/KAH_XYX1eIw/v-deo.html
Watch our full length documentary from last year's 4-night fastpack of the Tour du Mont Blanc: ua-cam.com/video/vYi0LrT5bWU/v-deo.html
Already watched it 3 times but I suppose one more can't hurt!
Are you doing it again this year?

I may be partial, but my favorite video of your's yet.
Nice! Around 12 minutes into this video, we met and took a photo together in de fierce winds. Thank you for that! It was really nice meeting you!
Hey Jeff, just gotta say I learn so much from your videos. I really enjoy you sharing your experiences from all over the world. You make the viewer feel like they are right there. Keep up the great work.
That adventure looks sooooo fun! What a beautiful film.
Awesome video! Thanks to you and Audree. One of the best trips I have ever been on
Jeff's a master story teller isn't he? Nice job my friend. Looking forward to running together again.
As always. Beautiful people enjoying life in most magnificent places. Excellent music!!!! Thank you as always

Such an amazing hike! And you got to meet the future winners of UTMB?! (Mathieu Blanchard and Courtney Dauwalter of course)
My prediction as well, even I would like Jim to get it
What a complete blast these films are.
Great video Jeff, FOMO was strong with this one.
Amazing video! Nice to see the UTMB course in all daylight. A lot is missed during the night sections. Big bonus seeing the Salomon team!
That section in the Italian Alps - along with the edit - uh just so breathtaking. 🎉
Great video! Brought back memories of my Vagabond Trails TMB tour a couple weeks prior! I'm jealous though, you all got to see and chat with Courtney...that was so cool!

Yea, that first stage really isn’t very exciting. Much better to jump right into the first climb!

I am so glad this video came up in my feed. We did the TMB (walking not running) in July. This video brought back all those wonderful memories. Thx!
simply incredible, the scenery looks splendid!

So good to see you guys back in TMB 🎉!

that shot at 6:53 with the two donkeys is AMAZING

great music selections, i love them. keep it up, jeff :)
Food for the soul your videos…love the choices of music too…thanks so much 👊👏👍
I enjoyed in every moment of this video
Quality video as always, Jeff!
Beautiful adventure, can not wait for the next one!
Awesome video footage like always😊

Just gorgeous ❤️ Definitely a bucket list trip for me😎
Awesome video as always Jeff! Can never get enough of these views
Yay! Thank you so awesome 😊👏🏻!
Music choice was phenomenal

Great video, as usual. Jeff, are you not on the Salomon team? Too bad you had to miss the summer camp with your athlete friends, but it's great to have you share this video with us instead.
I’m on the Canadian team but nowhere fast enough to run with the international athletes 😉
Great job Jeff as usual. You made it so inspiring that I would like to join you if you do it again next year !
Wow Jeff, again, what a beautiful video you made! Makes me want to do the entire loop around Mont Blanc... the part from Champex-Lac even gets me a bit emotional at the moment considering I will run it in less than two weeks. Thanks!!!
Next year !
Awesome views. Loved the course and refuges.
Yes!
How did you manage different paces within the group? Did you always stay together or split up into smaller groups sometimes?
I always love watching your videos! They are so well-made, positive, motivating and inspiring! Thank you!
Thanks! We tended to split up into 2-3 pace groups each day.
Great video. I am looking to do the hike in 2024 with Vagabond. Can you tell me where I could get the raised relief map that is displayed toward the start of the video
You can buy those in Chamonix at quite a few places. You may be able to find them on Amazon as well, I’m not sure.
Great video. Was this a running or hiking group? And how diverse of a skill set / fitness was present?
Would love to do TMB, looking forward to the Slovenia episode
Spectacular scenery! Do the refuges easily accommodate vegan diets and gf diets?
so much fun, but it wouldve been more fun if you guys had kidnapped Courtney. There's so much love for her.
As always such a well done adventure video ❗️❗️❗️Jeff have you ever ran in the Salomon Thundercross❓❓❓If so, what were your thoughts and impressions of the shoe…thanks again for bringing me virtually with you.
Thanks! I have yet to get my hands on thr Thundercross.
Beautiful nature, gorgeous video ...looking like it's great to be alive and moving ...makes me want to take my fat a** outside and go check the trails around my house ! 🌞🌞🌞
Go RYAN! Ryan for the win 🎉🥇🏃♂️👏🇿🇦
Maybe the cows want to race in the UTMB too? 🤣
Hey Jeff off topic but if you had a €500 budget which Watch would you get? Stuck between Suunto and Garmin right now but I’m open to any suggestions around that budget. Thank you :)
I’d probably get the COROS Apex Pro 2 for that budget. But I don’t have much experience with Garmin watches, to be honest.
@@JeffPelletier ill look into it thanks man
👏👏👏
smacking cows butts 😂
👍🙏🙏🙏
Why coke? Compare with other baverages?
