It may be another way to target Bharat to implant extremists in the country,they did it in Pakistan, what stops them doing it to Bharat.
Nuclear power plants takes years to construct,there will be huge payments for R and D,multiple British consultants,multiple project managers then in times of upgrades delays in supply of critical components like Italy.
Even building locally the cost of building is twice their price,on the next project the price will drop with knowledge gained
