As far as I'm concerned, (and that counts for nothing), Hannah is no more quilty than all those on the set...think about it: There were EVERY bodies hands in that cart, in the ammunition.....Mr.Kenny SUPPLIED LIVE rounds.......Sarah was also so involved with the cart, armor, etc. Mr. Baldwin would hand you your head if you didn't rush things. So many areas NOT investigated. There is definitely REASONABLE DOUBT in this trial.

And if I heard correctly, WHY did she do so? I would not have even thought about this if I had nothing to do with the loading and unloading of guns, and if Hannah was the ONLY one who loaded and unloaded?
Hannah is not the only one charged. David Halls is charged, and pleaded guilty (Which Hannah chose not to do). Alec Baldwin is charged, and will stand trial. And Hannah Gutierrez, who was in charge of gun safety, is charged. SHE IS NOT BEING SINGLED OUT.
In all the cartridges both blank and dummy on the site, were there any other live rounds found? I think that the law enforcement investigating lost control of the scene and all the evidence.....poor job IMHO. Prosecution is grabbing at stars. I think several people are to blame for this negligent discharge. Mr. Kenny interview seemed like he was throwing the armorer under the bus.....slimmy dude.
I agree with OSHA. Management takes responsibility of their employees. If they saw a problem, it should have been addressed. Their responsibilities were neglected. They should have been prosecuted along with the defendant. No immunity should have given to any one
