I will be doing a follow up sometime this year, I would like to upgrade the cartridge and perhaps get some weight measurements on the tone arm in both the horizontal and vertical playing positions. Thanks for watching. 😀

Oh wow. I thought you only did a short for this. Glad I found the whole video! I found a video after see your short on this called "Restored 1948 Wurlitzer 1100". Such a beautiful machine when restored! There are a few videos of these in restored condition on YT. Well you have your work cut out for ya there Dawn! lol
Very cool, Dawn, but you definitely have your work cut out for you for sure. All the records suggest the last time anything new was put in the machine would have been the mid-summer of 1970. If you can provide me with a full list of the songs, I can probably help you date the last time it was played. Still, I'm sure you'll have that thing blasting tunes again before you know it! 🙂

Unfortunately no not yet. It has turned into a "Back Burner" project. I am hoping to get back to it in the Spring.
It is such an amazing jukebox, I really want to do it justice. Thanks for watching.
