Thank you so much ma'am. It was very informative .My son of 14 yrs never had the habit of fidgeting and self talking, up until this pandemic. Now I got an idea as to how I should go about it. Please make more videos on self talking 💕🙏🏼

Hello ma'am, thank you so much for sharing this
    Informative and useful information.....
One thing I like to ask about my daughter( eight years) that she never sit on one place and constantly plucking something like poly bag or thered or paper etc, throw from the balcony and happy to see it flying and going down.. And she did this all the time.... Why she did that and how to stop this beacause its bothering other peoples...
And what it call fidgety fingers or restless fingers.. Thanks

You can invest in some craft material. Colored papers. Stickers books. Lego set for girls. Dolls and their dress.playdough . There are many play which use their fingers n channelize their energy. And clear takk why it's not write to throw outside window. Give newspaper n make N no. Crafts. Put in dustbin. With pandemic kids are just simply bore and fidget is one of boredom.

Good information mam. Can you please give some inputs on self talk. My child does a lot of self talk. When I ask him to stop he starts doing it quietly within himself.
