this was pretty helpful though i think that using 3 layers rather than 4, and keeping the lower eyelash makes thing simpler with a identical result

How to make an eye shake? Like when the character is surprised
You could just mask the center of the eye and then add “twitch” or “s_shake”

hello i have a problem, why i cant copy paste my puppet keyframe?
how come your After Effect UI looks so simple and easy to see, mine is like so huge and giantic with everything i have to zoom in up close to even copy and paste. lots of bragging and zooming. is there a setting for that?
Click the window tab (same row as the file tab) then hover over workspace. New menu will pop up. click on them and choose one that you like. (Or just googled after effects workspace customization tutorial)

Well, you import your image into after effects and then you follow this tutorial and then export it as any video file
