this was pretty helpful though i think that using 3 layers rather than 4, and keeping the lower eyelash makes thing simpler with a identical result

hello i have a problem, why i cant copy paste my puppet keyframe?
How to make an eye shake? Like when the character is surprised
You could just mask the center of the eye and then add “twitch” or “s_shake”
does anyone know why the eyelash stays? like I did everything right but the original top eyelash is still there...

Well, you import your image into after effects and then you follow this tutorial and then export it as any video file
