One of the most epic lines from The Bhagwat Gita for me is, ''For the One who has mastered his Mind, The Mind is the greatest of friends. But for one who has failed to do so, Mind is the greatest of Enemies'' And when you see the present day world how accurate this is.

What is Hinduism? +++++++++++++++ I have long pondered on what constitutes this so called religion that sweepingly generalises the 'Indian' people and sitting on their head (as cultural hegemony) and have come up with some conclusions .... A group of priest from the Zoroastrian religion (known as Aryans) came to 'India' with their Avestan language and fire rituals and later created some slogans to form the Oral Vedas which was never in written form (modern Sanskrit) until after the 5th century AD. These priest learnt the principles of the Samana tradition( the mother of Jainism and Buddhism) that originated in the Indus Valley Civilization and thrived all over the sub continent with Tamizh and started incorporating(stealing)it into their already existent vaiteegam (senseless fire ritual) and produced the Upanishad (later even the Bhagavad-Gita and Epics were hijacked) and became vegetarians. For a solid philosophical footing which they needed in a highly philosophized Tamizh (Samana Palli language just as Prakrit is Jain and Pali is Buddhist) infused land(Sanatan Dharma- people's religiosity)about the 8th century scribes like Adi Sankara came up with Advaita logic that distorted the original Buddhist(Sunya-Void) thoughts and produced a dichotomical nonsense which did not last the test of time. Later they took up the Tantric Samana Tamizh tradition about the 10th century and put forth the bakti methodology (blind surrender). This was inspired by the Christian tradition also. Bakti was based on subtle erotism and appealed to the masses(like cinemas). The high Samana Tantra philosophical basis was ruined for the newly conjectured Saiva and Vainava cult of the wretched puranic tales (porn stories). This is the history of the Priestly class(Brahmins) that still retain their priesthood in the agamic temples(lifeless stone worship) that held sway through the bakti movement from the 10th century onwards. The consecutive non-Tamizh rulers( Brahmin admixtured race such as Vaduga Telugus) firmly rooted the new found 'Hindu' religion with its caste (karmic birth) institution (twisted from the Samana four occupational make-up of society aka Farmers, Merchants, Rulers, Philosophers) with the insidious brahmin malicious agenda of Non-Dharmic segregation (untouchability) which the colonial British gave the general name by which sealing the new found religion hence the Brahmanic hegemony as Hindooism....

Vedic Hindu system is about seeking and connected to the land of India and has been evolving for 10000+ years. Vedic text encompasses knowledge accumulated since time immemorial on various subjects that relates to our well being. Yoga, Ayurveda, Vimana Shastra, Music, Math (Ganita) and the list goes on. To have a fundamental understanding of Vedas, one needs to read 36 texts. For example, all the remaining temples in India going back to 3000 years ago were all built built on Vedic text called "Vashtu Shastra." "Shastra" means "technology or system." Because of Abrahmic invasions/looting by Barbaric donkey riding Arabic cults followed by Catholic Colonial dacoits , India lost many of its ancient Vedic manuals. We worship sun (Surya), moon (Chandra), Mars (Mangala), Mercury (Budha), Jupiter (Brihaspati), Venus (Shukra), Saturn (Shani), Rahu (north node of the moon), and Ketu (south node of the moon) since ancient times. Our ancestors know about planets.
Actually not exactly. If you strictly speak from the shasthras, the planets have no freedom of taking their own decisions. Hence we worship and try to understand Parama aathma as Sakshi and karma pradaatha. This status of Parama aathma is given to six origins in the name of Shan mathaas (Shan mean six, mathas mean religions) such as Sauram (the sun), Shaakthyam (The mother of all the universes Lalitha Parameshvari), Vaishnavam (The one that resides in every element and non element that pervades this entire four dimensional world and the one that sustains all the universes), Shaivam (the one that has been the entity of time as well as timeless), Gaanapathyam (the one thats the adhipathi of every gana or the leader of every entity that works as a cause to every action or occurrence) and Skaandam (the one that fights for our wisdom and enlightenment).
The Hindu Guru from Africa is an enlightened and learned man. I am deeply impressed by his knowledge. The Hindu philosophy enlightenments the mind so much that it cannot be ever ENSLAVED. For this reason, SANATAN INDIA continues to exist even today. // Hare Krijsna //

Wow ... I am a hindu and I had read Geeta many times and I always had been through these concepts of sense mind intellect and soul etc but the way this person explain things to me it just opened and cleared everything like never before
The existence of guru is important for every sanathani. Just by reading you can never attain the true wisdom from our shasthras and hence we need the teacher. That's the reason why our dharma states the wise and divide them in numerous categories such as aachaarya (one that knows and follows dharma n knowledge), drashta (the one that has deep understanding of dharma), guru (the one that's bigger than us in knowledge), etc.
That is why out scriptures stress that a Guru is vital to gain knowledge from the scriptures. On our own we misinterpret due to the swabhavs which taint our mind.

Hinduism or in more exact terms Sanatan Dharm is not religion perse. It is the quintessential knowledge of matrix, cosmos, earth, mankind , in that order. For example concept Food Chain (a part of the knowledge system of Vedas & Puranas) will remain same at all times, only the individual constituents can change but the concept remains same. Same way Vedic knowledge remains true at all times.
Hinduism is not one thing. Its about all things and all perspectives. Its both about spiritual life and material life. Its about life without ego and also about life with ego (nature and language of duality or dual world we live in). There are multiple layers in what we call reality and Hinduism focuses on all and for all kinds of people. Most people misunderstand Hinduism because their thinking is limited by western understanding of religion, God. Most Hindus themselves are unaware of the vastness as the knowldge transfer systems have been destroyed in past many centuries and only have now started reviatalizing due to internet.
"life with ego" nah. It is where Karma yoga or inaction in action (or despite action one does not create karma or cause and effect) comes in when the impassive and non doer attributes of conscious, immortal, immanent and omnipresent self is mimicked.
Philosophical part is pretty amazing(shruti) but there are many dogmas and superstition too. And hypocrisy in society like we consider river as goddesses but their condition is so bad.
16:18 this Greek philosophy about union of soul & body is similar to Yogic philosophy about Purush & Prakriti union. Purusha is supreme consciousness & prakriti is material body. In enlightenment, purusha & Prakriti meet each other. Mahashivratri festival celebrate this union.
@sg7359 "In "enlightenment" purusha and prakrithi meet each other". nah. Purusha and Prakrithi always exist together for the perpetual duality cycles of nature to happen. So, it is not just in "enlightenment" they "meet". Nothing can exist without the perpetual interdependence of husband and wife. In other words, in all states of consciousness including wake (Rajas guna), deep sleep (Tamas guna), dream (sathvik guna) and samadhi (cosmic experience) you (immortal and immanent self or athma) are already that (immortal, omnipresent self or paramathma). This is TAT TVAM ASI (SAMA VEDA) which can be validated by embodied experience as well since the conscious field of purusha is connected to prana shakthi and breath of prakrithi.

If you look at the yazidi people, you will find striking similarity between their way of worshipping and hindu way of worshipping. @zuzanareacts
He mixed up Shruti and Smriti a bit but other than that he was pretty much spot on. And now to answer your question about being a proud Hindu we need to understand that pride comes with attachment along with the protective instinct. Hence we need to replace attachment with a sense of responsibility in order to protect what needs to be protected without getting attached to it and feeling proud of it. But that's a journey that takes time and also may not be suitable for everyone to begin with. 🥂
@@garitube09 "replace attachment with a sense of responsibility in order to protect what needs to be protected without getting attached to it" Habits create attachment. But nothing wrong in attachment to dharmic habits. Point is we have to back our words with deeper knowledge instead of making "general statements".
@@indianmilitary "There's nothing wrong in attachment to dharmic habits". Well this too seems like a general statement without much of any hint of that deep knowledge and understanding that this statement was supposed to originate from. Perhaps you should start by defining what according to you are "dharmic habits" and also can they be categorised as "dharmic" if they foster hubris in a person. Thanks!
19:00 i think some of the people who come across as proud are like that because of their previous experiences with others, like Someone might have made him/her feel inferior regarding his/her background, because of it when they meet a new person who's discussing about their background they tend to transfer the feeling of their previous encounters to that new person, obviously it's wrong from their part because they are judging the new person before listening or understanding their point of view, and i guess it's because they (the people who appear as proud) aren't at the high level in their spiritual journey.
@orientalguy9462 Moment you start analysing that others are either feeling inferior or superior or ashamed or proud, your own ego is at play. You point to a pattern in behavior based on "inferior/superior" duality. It does not reflect your "spiritual knowledge" either. if you had instead said that the doers (actors/reactors) don't experience anything and the impassive/ omnipresent experiencer does not do anything based on solid understanding of well validated Vedic metaphysics, then you would not only have an equanimous mind but also created correct imprints in others (regardless of whether they understand or not) which can manifest eventually in the form of dharmic behavior or inaction in action (despite action one does not create karma)
Hi Zuzana... I like how you pointed out about being emotional and how it could be hindrance in the way of Moksha. I am a practising Hindu, so let me share my perspective on this. In Sanathana Dharma/hinduism, there are echelons of human life, Baalya (Childhood and teenage), Yavvana (Youth), Kaumara(Middle-age), Vriddhapya(Old age). And specific duties or ways of life are specified, for Balya is Brahmacharya (Pursuit of Knowledge while staying celibate) , Yavvana - Grihastashrama (Engaging in familial pursuit, getting married and bringing forth progeny) , Kaumara - Vyvasthashrama (retreating from the worldly matters, giving guidance to progeny) Vriddhapya - Vairagya (retreating from world completely, engaging in meditation and renouncement) . This is for an average human being. There is no limitations for people to skip stages, for example, young adults who dont wish to be a part of familial bonds, can be a sanyasi (someone who focuses on the knowledge of the self) Swami Vivekananda is a great example for such people. Coming back to your question, the beauty of sanatan philosophy is that it recognises the difficulty in the practise of complete abstinence, or renouncement of senses. There are different types of human beings, at different levels of physical and mental capabilities, and so there are levels in renouncement of senses, at different levels, Children and teens, who are naturally curious are encouraged to understand and practise Vedas, as adulthood comes around, the youth have a choice between a family life and a safe life, as the middle-age hits, typically the knowledge acquired in the young age kicks in, and the life experiences will mature the knowledge into wisdom. But love and familial bonds are not easy to break, hence the renouncement can start, but it will take a long time to reach absolute abstinence. Of course, this is an ideal scenario, many humans will fall into vices in between, fall victim to their senses and let their emotions rein them. Being compassionate and empathetic is not equal to being emotional or attached, while compassion is the ideal, the trap is attachment that most humans fall into. Most of the time it's only human to falter, and fall into the many pitfalls. So while being emotional or sentimental is a characteristic of someone engaging in worldly matters, the ideal is to not let emotions rule our intellect.
The West's concept of religion is not in line with the Vedic culture. Here, no one scripture to follow, no one God to worship, no Sundays or Fridays, but to each one's own. Your journey in life is your own... You have to follow your own path to salvation. Salvation from what?? From the bondage of life and death, creation & destruction. That's the final destination!! Body is matter or energy, it can be created and destroyed. But your thoughts, your conscience, can anyone else other than you, create or destroy it? That's Brahma wisdom!!
The emotions of Indians aka Hindus in India comes from colonizers and colonization making it super hard for Hindus to simply exists, share their knowledge, protect their practices and prevent colonizers and colonizer sympathizers from stealing and downplaying anything and everything Indigenous, while they stealing Indigenous knowledge. You should study about the affects of what colonization did (Both Christian and Islamic colonization) and study how it affects Indigenous People, not just in India but around the world. You'll understand why Indigenous are emotional. And yes, Indigenous way of life being practiced and preserved by Indigenous People of the land in their Indigenous institutions and language is important and should be acknowledged and respected. Overlooking this fact is simply ignorant and sadly, Hindus haven't been able to do this and are still under attack for simply being Hindu!!! It sucks! This is why Indians tend to be emotional when it comes to their native identity and culture. They hold deep trauma and intergenerational trauma from seeing their elders be mentally colonized and abused and this is something that hasn't been addressed yet and needs to be addressed so we can heal as a People and go back to our roots. Hindu dharmic practices are heavily connected to the land and yes, its about time Indians/ Hindus in India started to identify with that and learn to protect their land, rights and environment by going back to their Indigenous ways (similar to what Maori stand for as well as all Indigenous/non abrahamically colonized folks of the World) who also are emotional about their identity & roots. So ya, this is why Indians are emotional and I love it. I think its about time we woke up from thinking western civilization is 'amazing' and start feeling proud of ourselves, our history, our ancestors, land and People.
@@austin426512 Nope. Consciousness (which mediates all duality cycles of nature within space and time) is an attribute of Athma (beyond space and time) just like heat is an attribute of fire and the sun and knowledge (universe) is its (athma) 'swarupa" or form. Athma is the impassive experiencer (and not the doer) of all qualities born out of intelligent energy through its conscious field. Modern interpreters of Advaitha wrongly interpret it by saying Athma = consciousness. In the same way, they also misinterpret "maya" as the "illusion" through which Brahman falsely appears as the universe to push their wrong interpretation that everything is an "illusion" (to play escapism) Maya is just another name for Brahman's 'creative" energy. It is absolutely real. So, is our material realm. They also wrongly interpret "mithya" as false. Mithya means temporary just like tasks in your office which you have to finish. Problem with modern interpreters of Advaitha is they have zero knowledge of Dvaitha Vedanta which talks about 3 gunas. Point is Advaitha and Dvaitha are INCOMPLETE without each other. It is like saying Shiva and Shakthi cannot exist without each other. This interdependence is clearly explained by Sankhya Vedic Metaphysics (mentioned by Sri Krishna in his 6000 yr old Bhagavad Gita). Sankhya (which combines Advaitha and Dvaitha) can be validated by logic, double slit quantum experiment and embodied experience.
See where the Indian/Hindu names comes from? Shruti, Smriti, Ved, Prakriti(meaning nature or the universe which is very important and repeatedly used in Hinduism) etc these all have very deep meanings.
There are true Spiritual terms described in the Upanishads, namely 'ATMAN' the individual Jiva (Soul dwelling within the living body - Humans as well as Animals such as a Cow, a Dear, an Elephant) and 'BRAHMAN' which is the Absolute Reality, the real expression of Almighty God.
Nope. JIVA is not the same as athma (beyond space and time). Jiva simply means false identification with thoughts and body due to avidya and lack of jnana.
This is very high state of mind. Not everyone achieves it, it needs lots of practice, control and patience. Who didn’t achieved that state of mind is common man and behave like common man as mentioned like hateful comments and being too much emotional or pride.
"high state of mind". There is no such thing called "mind" in Vedic psychology. We have just "manas" (where all emotional dualities/likes/dislikes present).
@Zuzana, I think you found it more spiritual than your visit to tourist traps on your India trip :) in Hinduism, the temples etc are really there for the Bhakts i.e People who already have faith and approach god in a specific way of worshiping idols visiting temples etc. In Hinduism, there are multiple paths to the divine, including Nasthik ie Atheistism. Another path is to deliberately over indulging in the senses including sex. This is done by Tantrics. Hinduism doesn't say you should close off your senses; you should control them. Also, the extreme control is not for normal people living their earthly life, but for people who seek the divine.

Dhanteras is an extremely important Hindu festival, associated with prosperity, good health, and wealth. 💠 It commemorates Lord Dhanvantari, the god of Ayurveda, believed to have emerged from the churning holding the pot of amrita, or nectar of immortality. It thus connects with the concept of health and well-being. 💠 Goddess Lakshmi is one of the most important deities during the festival of Dhanteras, as it kick-starts the Diwali celebrations. It is observed as Dhanatrayodashi on this particular day, to seek blessings from her to gain materialistic wealth and prosperity for a healthy body.

*Good video. Thought provoking* One thing that shocks me every time is that most Hindus are not aware of the basic difference between Hinduism and Abrahamic religions. And that basic difference is - Hinduism is NOT academic, in other words texts or word of divine is not imp. There are no books of god. Even if some are purported as such. Hinduism is an experiential framework, a seeking framework. Sadhguru has mentioned this but off course people don’t listen carefully. When a framework is experiential then practice is more important than ideologies. Personal experience is more imp than ideology! Personal seeking is more imp than answers. Many people do t understand this. That is why in Hinduism there is NO CONCEPT of Prophets. There is no need for prophets. There are however gods and demigods etc., who embody the essence of the ultimate reality.
I bow to the man who speaks here as a humble student of Vedas to another. 19:00 Well I think we need all kind of People emotional and calm. Calm person, if he is not evil can harness emotional person's emotions in a positive direction. For example there are those people who are only concern with their own spiritual practice and doesn't bother what the others think of hinduism. I have seen western people like you who appreciate it and some others such as Michael Knowels who says its religion of demons or what not. Now then the emotional person will try to defend it by getting angry. Its not right but his passion is comendable. So a calm person can direct him in other ways to spread awareness about Hinduism in peaceful way. Also most of us get same education but why our personalities tends to be different some are calm some passionate? I think it previous live's qualities. The soul is on journey and it will learn positive aspects when it reaches that point in its education.
The basic belief of Hinduism is that all creation is part of Divinity and there is some Divinity in all creation. The purpose of the human soul is to purify itself to reunite with the pure energy which constitutes the cosmos. That is why Hindus believe in e=mc2. Ahm Brahmasmi. God is within me.
"God is within me" who is "me"? The conscious, immortal, omnipresent and impassive experiencer or the doer who does not experience anything? It also means there is no "god". 🤣🤣.
You are a beautiful soul not just you look beautiful. As far the conversation of the Hindu sage in the video is concerned he was not targeting the west, he was not against or for anyone, it's your interpretation, he was not saying anything utopian like Moksha (assuming it's impossible to understand in the common way of apprehension which our human mind is used to, that's why I said "Utopian" however he was not saying anything about that). He was only talking about oneself and how his/her life should be, how you should shape up your life with a string of greater good attached (not necessarily though but at least be good to yourself). The catch here is who is that "You" with which you should be good, who is this "you" then, well we will definitely discuss that later, please read to the last. Desires are endless (aren't they), our senses keep popping them up in our minds, if they start pulling up te strings in our lives what happens then? He was talking about that, nothing to do with any religion, pure practical aspects of our lives which we all go through, we all have desires, we all are vulnerable to fall for our greed ( of anykind), he was just decoding and simplifying a complex thing that how it happens. He was not preaching a religion at all, no theology whatsoever, just regular instances of everyday life and how to deal with them that's all he was talking about. It's impossible to find anything offensive in whatever he said. He was only trying to be genuinely non-theological and absolutely practical in his talking which he actually did. We can relate to his talking from the personal experiences of our lives and we can take any random example for that matter. Let's take an imaginary case where we needed to buy a jacket , we went to the shop or online shopping app or whatever, we suddenly found out another jacket, we got attracted and we bought that one also, we needed one and we bought one but got attracted towards another and in the end bought two, however it's a safe encounter I must say, no harm in buying extra but here is the moot point 👉 we let our senses determine what we do. Our senses pulled us with the help of our mind acting as the string which pulled our intelligence the wheel of our chariot towards that for making a decision, our wisdom as chariotter did not control because by then it was too late thus because of the effect of that we made a decision with the actions of our body which is the chariot being pulled that is us and we let the chariot being pulled in the direction of which our sense were running towards and in all of this the real person the real we in the chariot was kept out of the loop. He was talking about who is that "We", the real us, as well. That realisation ( that who are we actually) leads towards the real we, so in a sense he was talking about the unification of our senses, mind, intelligence, wisdom, our physical body with our real being, the real "We" the soul , what makes what we are. He gave a very good example of a South African ( let's suppose), this identity of being a South African is what he has gathered from this world but what after when he is no more and whether he is buried or cremated, how much South African his decomoosed body will be or his ashes will be? Isn't it a question? The thing to take away from his talking is we should control our desires, our senses should not control us, we should be the master of our life, the life should be dedicated to a greater good and indulgence in the material world is not a bad thing just attach a string of being beneficial for the world at large, always be in search of your real self your soul, if you find that then it's very good, let that control your senses not the vice versa. Hope I have addressed some of your confusions (or at last I tried to).
No disconnect just various ways to achieve.. Proud is again getting into Maya, no one else othere then people on higher practices are may be above that. Ps : it's individual thing though

Hugely impressive considering the vast amount of knowledge generated progressively over some ten thousand years. Clearly, the subject leads to almost infinite variation to make complex concepts about infinity with its infinite expressions. 🙏
"infinite variations" nah. They exist only because lack of complete knowledge and at least some degree of embodied experience. Truth is very simple but only avidya and emotional dualities complicate it.
@indianmilitary Avidya and embodied experiences answers your comment. That itself is the journey which everyone takes, and there is no one who can genyuine be entitled to pontificate or judge.
One of the most epic lines from The Bhagwat Gita for me is,
''For the One who has mastered his Mind, The Mind is the greatest of friends. But for one who has failed to do so, Mind is the greatest of Enemies''
And when you see the present day world how accurate this is.
That man is a treasure. More people should listen to him.
Hinduism is Philosophy of Life
more a way of life
@@umeshambadi2519 "way of life" nah. Even dogs, cats and terrorists also have their "own way of life". Point is we can instead define “ hindu/dharmic tradition (which is not a religion) was built around the well validated Vedic metaphysics Sankhya which is represented in the form of temples, deities, Sanskrit mantras, rituals, symbols, festivals, pilgrimage centers, ithihasas (Ramayana, Mahabhartha), Puranas with allegorical stories which represent laws of nature (including dharma, karma and reincarnation), mutts, YOGA/TANTRA, meditation techniques, Shastras (upanishads, Vedas, science, dance, music)” etc.
What is Hinduism?
+++++++++++++++
I have long pondered on what constitutes this so called religion that sweepingly generalises the 'Indian' people and sitting on their head (as cultural hegemony) and have come up with some conclusions ....
Hinduism is just a cultural hegemony bro

"Vedas" literally means "Knowledge" in Sanskrit. It is for humanity. It is dharmic. Nothing to do with organized cult/political doctrine/tribal mindset of one book and become a member of one of the Abrahamic "religions." Big difference between "Belief" and "Seeking." Vedic Hindu system is about seeking and connected to the land of India and has been evolving for 10000+ years. They never go around the world converting and destroying civilizations and bad mouthing others. Very introspectional and it is all about inner engineering and living in peace with oneself and "humanity." No one needs to join the "religious" club.
Bible also literally means book. It's still a pretty stingy principle. Simply having a good or a meaningful name doesn't make it good.
Lol jesus was in india from the age of 12 to 30 to get his spiritual education but xhurch hiding truth 😂@uselesshero.official
@@uselesshero.official You are coming to a conclusion "does'nt make it good" without knowing anything about Dharmic systems. Big difference between "believing/non believing" and "seeking." The concept of "religion" is Abrahamic and as nothing to do with anything India or over 10000 years old Vedic text. Go and do a research on "Vimana Shastra" and know why Germany has the maximum number of schools teaching "Sanskrit language." Do not compare Vedas to anything. It has nothing to do with belief system. It is about seeking, questioning and evolving with time by many Gurus, Saints, Rishis of the only living civilization in the world. Every single civilization has been destroyed by Abrahamic cults except Vedic Hindu civilization ( Big difference between "religions" and "civilizaitons.")
@@uselesshero.official "Making it good" or bad is a tribal Abrahamic concept related to so called "believers and non believers." There is nothing called believers and non believers in Vedic system. It is about seeking, knowing, questioning and living in harmony with five elements of nature and cosmos. You have to read at least 36 Vedic texts at a basic level to even get an idea about the "civilization" and the depth of human inner engineering that these text brings to the fore. Ayurveda, Yoga, Vastu Shastra, Ganita (what we call Math today), Vimana Shastra , Jyotisha and the list goes on. Only 20% of Vedic text remain after destruction of most by foreign invading forces to India. Do not confuse "religions" with "civilizations." The only ancient living civilization today is Vedic Hindu Civilization. Most of the others have been consumed and destroyed by "Organized Abrahamic religions." And you will never find any Vedic Hindu speaking ill about other faiths because all faiths lead to the same destination as per Vedic Hindu Philosophy. Vedic Hindu civilization has never invaded any other country in the name of so called religion to convert and destroy cultures and civilization and replace it with their own foreign culture. Never! You will never find priests in Indian Temples giving sermon. Instead, you find people sitting and meditating and introspecting on their own life and humanity. Big difference between knowledge for Humanity that has been continuously evolvling since time immemorial by ancient Rishis, Yogis, Saints and Gurus for 1000s of years Vs "religious club members."

He has beautifully explained the hindu philosophy. Wow ❤
Same way Vedic knowledge remains true at all times.
fair enough
Mahashivratri festival celebrate this union.
very interesting!
In manusmriti, yavana(greeks) have been mentioned as those hindus who started practising the corrupt version of sanaatan dharma.
Yavan are not alone, but pahlav(parthians), shaka(iranians), darda(dardic people), khas(present day himalayan hindus of the state uttarakhand, himachal and jammu kashmir), kamboj(POK region of india), gaandhaara(afghanistan) have also been mentioned who became so.

fair enough!
@@zuzanareacts Thanks..!
@@garitube09 "replace attachment with a sense of responsibility in order to protect what needs to be protected without getting attached to it" Habits create attachment. Thanks!
Welcome to Hare Krishna movement. Spiritualing world by compassion
19:00 i think some of the people who come across as proud are like that because of their previous experiences with others, like Someone might have made him/her feel inferior regarding his/her background, because of it when they meet a new person who's discussing about their background they tend to transfer the feeling of their previous encounters to that new person, obviously it's wrong from their part because they are judging the new person before listening or understanding their point of view, and i guess it's because they (the people who appear as proud) aren't at the high level in their spiritual journey.
very true
Thoughts also made of molecules. It also means, sukshma sharira (subtle body) and its memories are also Shakhti or intelligent energy.
He knows the essence of being Hindu.
Thanks Zuzana..
I am not the body, I am a soul 🪔🙏
read Advaita you will go inner you say I am consciousness
Atma is not soul. Atma is pure consciousness
Great video ☺️
A brilliant interiew. The way of Dharma makes the most sense.
Brother, you are more knowledgeable and aware than an average Hindu.🎉
The world does not run by the Bible, Quran but by Vishnu Purana. Shri Ram of Ramayana, Shri Krishna of Mahabharata is Vishnu.
@Zuzana, I think you found it more spiritual than your visit to tourist traps on your India trip :)
in Hinduism, the temples etc are really there for the Bhakts i.e People who already have faith and approach god in a specific way of worshiping idols visiting temples etc.

💠 Dhanteras, in common terminology, is also referred to as Dhanatrayodashi. This is considered the first day of the five-day Diwali, which occurs on the thirteenth lunar day of the Hindu month, Ashvin or Kartika.

Those who understand do not judge
Those who don't understand judge
One can even kill (righteous) for dharma (without being bound by law of karma) let alone "judge". Sri Krishna (BG Chapter 18 verse 17). Unless one in Jivan Mukth state 24/7 like avatars, judging has to be done (of course within the framework of dharma) for correct course of action.
Modern interpreters of Advaitha play escapism by saying everything is an illusion due to lack of knowledge of interdependence of Advaitha (Conscious Shiva) and Dvaitha (duality capable Shakthi) Vedanta.
He and you both are speaking truth.
Good basic 101 introduction.
Brilliant way of explaining, I remember reading about Nachiketa being taught by Yamraj where he beautifully explained about (atma) soul (mann ) mind and senses (indriyas)how one control another
manas is not 'soul".
Wow first time in your channel 😊

Nice insightful thought ❤
Pislam is not compatible to humanity.
Evidence of Sanatan Dharma exists in many countries. It is the oldest religion in the world so we can say that in the past everyone was Hindu
As I believe Sanatan Dharma has most religious literature and supreme knowledge which we cannot get in any other religion
In Hinduism human life is the only opportunity to strive for salvation. Karma cannot be left to us and devotion is necessary.
Nice vedio. Like ur analysis. To ur point of why many Indians are showing less tolerance, many in India are using social media for growing the awareness and admiration of Sanatan Dharma which I feel is good and is needed in a country like Bharat bcz for 200 yrs under British rule it was told that all that is Indian is not cool. So to break the shackles of Brit ideologies and start respecting our ideologies and practices sometimes loud noise is required, is what I believe. Maybe face to face, we r more cordial than on social media

I hear what you are saying. Contrary to that Slovaks were under rule of Hungarians for 1000 of years but there is no such a notion in Slovak population
@@zuzanareacts : Thanks for your reply. Good to hear from u and happy that I m also learning about ur culture. When I did some checks I saw there is still a linguistic tension between Slovak and Hungarian communities. So how much tolerance is less or more. I would say is subjective and can be debated case by case
@@zuzanareacts Even if a Hindu might look less tolerant to you...
He/she will NEVER try to convert you.... forget forcefully 😅 like Abrahmics.
In India, we face this menace daily.
That's why "being proud" is our defence mechanism to protect the oldest living civilization of this world...which abrahmics want to destroy since last 1000 years.
These are enlightened people, who are in a different state of being, a normal human being cannot even imagine that state of being who continue to revolve around material world.. It takes years of Sadhana to get into that level. As I know, being a vegetarian is the first step... Can a westerner think being becoming a Vegan ??
a lot of people inthe west are Vegan. As with anything here - it's a trend!
@rupeshchakravarty9998 "enlightened" does not mean other worldly and you can play escapism. So, one must perform their dharmic duty regardless of the context by following karma yoga or inaction in action (despite action one does not create karma). Moreover, I've seen vegetarians violate personal (overweight, lack of sleep hygiene), social (due to greed) and environmental dharma (by using gas guzzling SUVs leather shoes and sofas). Point is vegetarianism cannot be used as a measure of standard unless you want to stick to your lower logic.
It's really enlightening, this person is knowledgeable than most Indian hindhus
I am glad that he did justice with the choice of the words cause its hard to convey these kind of thoughts specially in English
Nah. The difference is there is no concept of god or heaven or hell in dharmic traditions (Hindu, Sikh, Buddhist and Jain) 🤣🤣
@@indianmilitary That is what I just literally said above. Read before saying "Nah".
Sanatan is a path to live life with nature.. human body is totally connected with nature and made of five natural elements..
Hi from Europe.Pls do more videos on Hinduism, sanatan dharma. I am falling in love with Hinduism
I bow to the man who speaks here as a humble student of Vedas to another. His appreciation of the essence of knowledge that drives us in as well as pull us from around - the central theme of all Vedic philosophies (there are six schools FYI) - is simply astute 🙏. Bow to you my fellow student 🙏.
Naganarayana.
He has real knowledge of Sanatan dharma. Sanatana dharma is about questions and experience.
In Hinduism knowledge only can get eligible and if you have eligibility then knowledge will come to you. It doesn't matter about any religion. It's a universal truth. Only an eligible person gets according to his eligibility.
This is secrecy about sanatana dharma.
God essence and other realms with us but who gets eyes to see or experience?
We have been worshipping the planets for ages
Our books consist the theory of infinitely growing universe when abrahamics didn't even exist
And our ancestors calculated the distance from Earth to the Sun in The Hanuman Chalisa back in the ancient times
The theory of the birth of the universe by expansion and it's death by energy loss is metaphorically identical to the birth of Brahma
Oppenheimer, Schrödinger, Heisenberg, Sagan, Einstein acknowledged Hindu texts either prior or post their discoveries
Meanwhile Abrahamics still stuck at "Love thy neighbors as thyself", "My way or Die-way"
Just move on
Get some deeper knowledge about how the world and the universe as a whole works.
Listening and memory power was so strong that writing was not always necessary .
Don't worry we are in thr same boat may be u are ahead of us in search of spiritual experience and knowledge.
✅️✅️
I hear what you saying and to add God is everything the perceived good and the bad - we need all
"calm and emotional" - Wrong choice of words for Jnana and Karma yoga.
@@indianmilitarysorry about that
We are approx 14000 old living Civilization.
He's just like #Monk Without #Monestry. Evolved Being.
