Me. I love Loretta Lynn's music so much. I just sent her a letter a few months ago, and got a reply a few months later. She sent me a postcard of her (in the 1980's I think), with her autograph on it. She is awesome.
@@lorettalynn4624 im 48 live in Florida.. I always have country music going.. I used to listen to my paw playin his guitar and mouth harp every night.. I think that's some of my best childhood memories..
I know country, I was raised on a small farm and my daddy and even my father in law worked the coal mines of S.W Va and Tenn and I'm damn proud of both of them. I didn't know any kind of music except the old country. Earnst Tubb and Hank Sr where the big ones back in the 50s and I would trade this computer for the old days when if you had a radio you were king.
Around my neck of the woods Butcher Hollow of Van Lear Kentucky. Coal mining was about all there was and now they're bout all shut down. Love Loretta Lynn.
There definitely should be NO numbs down for the beautiful talented true country singer Ms. Loretta Lynn. Those that put numbs down are HATERS. I have read about Ms Loretta Lynn. She grew up very poor. When her father would come home from working in the coal mine. She would ask her father why his knees was bleeding. Inside some areas of the mines there were low clearance. The coal miners had no safety gear: knee pads , 😷 etc. All the fame Ms Loretta Lynn achieved and the money. She remained a believer in GOD and a truly honest ,kind human being. That’s the way her mother and father raised her and her brothers. Today GOD continues to bless her and her family. 💕✌🏽😎🤓

I was truly blessed. My grandmother grew up in Corbin Kentucky in the 20's and early 30's. Lived in cabin up in the "holler" much like Mrs. Lynn. In the early 80's I was able to take my grandmother to see Mrs. Lynn and Conway Twitty along with George Jones. I'm truly grateful for that night.

My folks had southern sayings and lived the depression. There's been so many changes to life in their lifetime. My aunt in benton Ark, took a college class for family tree/lineage, in her 80's, even followed me around the fishing holes up here when she visited. Now please don't be saying you're close, I didn't get the chance to listen much to tunes and culture things going to school, now 30y later I have time to catch up what I missed in the 80's &90's. 😉😁♥️

Loretta Lynn is absolutely my favorite singer I'm mutch younger than she was but her songs always take me back to my childhood when times were mutch simpler
Loretta Lynn's songs are like a time machine, taking us back to cherished memories of simpler days. Her music has a universal appeal.
God she was a beautiful woman, I used to listen to her with my mom and dad
Calling for Prayers for Miss Loretta . Wow, hate this part of ageing . Grandson of a coal miner.
I supported the miners in England during the Thatcher years I was a welder she destroyed them .
Bless u
Hello there, thank you so much for your comment and support, I really appreciate ❤️🌹🌹❤️ and I’d love to know more about you..😁😁😁😋
@@lorettalynn4624 hello from Alaska, this Eskimo nurse sure appreciates your music. Yes I'm going backwards thank goodness for YT!
My (adopted) parents from Ark 1914&1920, came to Ak before statehood. I'm from here originally, my mother's met as nurses at hospital up here in the 60s. 😉😁♥️

My first concert was Loretta Lynn in Rochester NY in the 1970s, my 2 daughters' first concert was Loretta Lynn in 1997 at a campground in Cortland NY. My Dad was close to her age and listend to her when she was first on the radio. He LOVED Loretta almost as much as he loved our mother!!
Hello friend, how's your day going so far??
My mother will be 92 this year. She loves classic country music. Loretta Lynn has always been her favorite. As I am now on the other side of the prime of my life, I wish I could go back to the days of my mom listening to her favorites and singing along. I'll always remember those years fondly ❤
