Many QBs throw from the backswing with the top of the ball pointing directly backwards, is this correct? Isn't the shoulder joint extraversion too large, putting more stress on the shoulder? I also think that a large backswing is a target for forced fumbles because it takes more time to throw and moves the ball away from the body.

Hey, love your videos. Quick question though. Does it matter how the quarterback steps back when snapping the ball. Typically he has his forward foot moving across his body in front of his other leg but can you move your forward leg behind your other leg. Thanks.
